i cut a small bud a week ago or so and it was kinda ok, nothing great though. starting have doubts about the herbie seeds. it sucks, there so easy to order from but of the last few grows, nothing has really been any good, LoL. im thinking about giving nirvana a try but herbies sells some of the same seeds. o dont know, i really want the purple kush autos, might give herbies one more try with them. thanks guys, but im not messing with making hash from this one. im just so over it now and want it gone. i keep holding out for some thrichs to turn and tighten up a little more, there still cloudy and loose. there really are no leaves to save, there either to small or have died and fallen off, LoL. i just put the last 2 beans i have in cups, both autos, MI5 and 60 day wonder.
i have had some really good grows but the last few have sucked shit and the buds were not worth the time growing. i use good soil and nutes and they do grow so it must be the beans. i really want that purple kush, it will be like $45 for 3 seeds. but i'll see what happens with these 2 first.

Terpinator has a neutral PH of about 6 and should not affect your PPMs. This product can be used from veg all the way through flush. i messaged them they called and send me 32oz bottle free. i have to send them pics and if good speak good about it is all. ill get a gallon next time watch me. All i know is if you dont have enough PAR per square ft of light then they wont fully mature the buds/trics.

wow, thats cool. you're right about the lights, i dont think this was the right strain for a 10 bulb cfl grow. most of my plants have been smaller and turned out ok wether the bud was any good or not, LoL. it was a herbies freebie. i think its time to chop it and be done with it.

I am used to using the sun. Im on a mission to find out what lights they like the best. Ill know after this grow. in 1 room i have cfl/florescent/led and monday hps. the buds will tell me when i harvest which light source or mix they like. I have to see and try them all to know for sure. I'm in search of great buds with great taste and affect. RIU has tons of great growers and ive learned allot about indoor growing from them. I do see i want to go hydro (ebb & flow) i researched it before just the cost made me go soil for now. I dont think cfl is gonna get you the super buds you want bro. unless you have 1 over every bud. the spectrum and intensity isn't their bro. they are great for drop ins to add more spectrum. but i have seen some great buds come from cfl. Maybe a hps vertical hanging with plants around and cfl on sides. I am learning the lights also bro.

i keep thinking about getting one of those 150 hps light, it would cost about the same as replacing all my cfl's.
years ago when i worked installing carpet, my boss had a hydro grow room. 5 strips of gutter with 5 plants in rockwool in each, 25 plants every grow in a 12 x 12 room with 4 1000 watt lights and off 1 mother plant he kept growing in another cabinet. i would get there in the morning and walking up the stairs to his house (it was above a garage) the smell was so strong, my heart would race and i would be scared shitless, LoL. every morning for years.
there would be rows of buds hanging from string in the living room and another bedroom and he would be sitting on the couch trimming buds smoking bong hits. it was some killer ass skunk, most stoned i had ever been, half my pay was cash and half was buds. he would roll 5 or 6 joints for the day, i was done after the first few hits, LoL. and you couldnt tell him you didnt want anymore. he would take a break every hour, we where in empty apartments and i would be so fucking stoned i would fake taken a hits. i havent seen him in years now but those where the good ole days, LoL.

thats cool, my box is 2x2 and i have plenty of cfls for extra lighting. just wasnt sure about a hps in a cardboard box, LoL. on that light, what kind of timer would be used. i read something about you cant use these "cheap" timers with a hid light???
