thats my plan for next year once xmas is out the way, convert over to LED`s, the setup you bought, what kind of area will 4 of those COB`s cover? Only ask as ive gt a 3x4 space i need to start pricing up for

I will be using it in my current space. Should fit nicely. I have ordered a 100cm run of aluminium to mount it all in.

you should have save money by only buy cobs and holders at kb with china post option as Jerry adviced me!
and pay 210$ and get a driver from tme or mouser70€ shipped!
you would have save 30€!
But waited 2 weeks to get the cobs¡
i wish it is going to easy as me for you to built your pannel(s)

And here is today's update. Growing daily now, quite reluctant to chop 5 of them when the time comes.

Tbh I would rather just buy it all from one place. Easier for me. And I won't be buying holders. I have epoxy resin to mount chips. Have 3/4 100ml tubes of thermal compound. I'm comfortable with with soldering iron so will save myself some money there.
