Could you please explain and/or reference (web site link, etc.) the applicability of comparing international practices and why or how they pertain to the present topic?

Lowering standards seems to have become a standard practice for most gov't offices so far, why should municipalities be that much different?
Over 100 per state is not exactly a minuscule amount of taxes or fees not being used in the public's best interest and Flint didn't even make this list according to the CNN report.

Cold will stop an advancing army before bullets will (as Russia proved to Germany in WWII while besting them in overall death count during the conflict).
If I was in Germany I would be much more concerned about how their tax dollars are spent in pursuit of clean water, but I'm not and will consequently be more concerned about how they are in the country I reside in.

Is it the lead/water thing that causes this?

All that I said is that 5300 taxing municipalities can't be bothered to use those tax dollars to do little things like supply clean drinking water to the taxed populace.

Remember, you're talking about a populace that assumes that water is clean if it's bottled in plastic, although, they are not alone it seems ;)

The only reason anyone in this subforum has noticed you is because of how triggered Buck has you. It's the only reason I have noticed you but I have already mostly forgotten what interactions we've had because your posts are so vapid.

I guess you just couldn't recover from that peer reviewed study that proves the negative correlation between cognitive function and conservatism/racism. Have you considered suicide?

I have no reason to recover from a "peer reviewed" social science (like economics, and history proves exactly how nailed down that "science" is) paper you haven't read.
Whether through fiscal or cognitive inability (or probably a mixture of both), it still proves you want to infer a familiarity with that which can't have without having read the paper.
You just want to shout "Yeah. what they said!" as if that proves you to be an educated person. ;)
