A first designd hydro setp (pics)

ok ima 1st time grower at indoors, i hav designd a drawn up of what my hydro looks like >>> as for a reflected i will be using matte white paint for both of them! wat ya guys think?

You got a lot of heat to get rid of in that diagram. Think high air flow for such a small space or change to 250 watters and you can get away with a smaller exhaust fan

That setup is going to be way too hot, two PC fans are just not going to be sufficient to cool the space. Get yourself a 4" Vortex Powerfan instead. It'll cost you around $150, but it's powerfull and it works well. Don't cheap out on ventilation, you'll end up paying for it down the road.
