If I thought these folks were pusing the envelope, I would simply make note of it and carry on. Most likely, they are re-using the envelope sent to them by the PA, and AG to the best of their ability.

I'd say Obama and Eric Holder have enough political bullshit over taxing our US Justice Department and Federal Court system at the moment. Sending a federal task force to arrest and charge medical marijuana patients would be political suicide. I'd worry more about them just sending a drone full of hell fire missiles
