yeah flas you are right about arjan he would have to have it, breed it ( personaly himself.. like have intercoarse with it ), color code it , then procede to fuck it up so bad by trying to feminize it no one would ever want it..

then again arjan will be waiting for some other breeder to do all the hardwork and then buy the seeds and grow them out and sell them as his own.

Well, its not been officially classified as a new strain. Although DNA has proven it is its own form.

My guess is a lot of the really good elite Sativas out there may even be it. But whos got the means/lab to go in and look at the DNA to really verify that. I really doubt the breeders do.

It is and has been in the general public. So not newly found just newly realised...back in 2005

Since when do sativas have higher THC levels than indicas? First time I've heard that one.. I thought it was a given that hybrid plants crossed sativa x indica were stronger than either alone?

as far as sativas having more thc than indicas; i read it in Mel Frank's Marijuana Grower's Guide on his section on cannabis chemotypes, and i've found this book to be very reliable in the past. But i know it's all on how u grow it, if shes sad she wont have too many glands, and happy she'll be one pontent little hot mommy.

Please remember that the Rasta name is just a namesake given by Australian scientists. Its nothing "official" and may or may not really have anything to do with Jamaica however the strain was predominant there.

" In India, south-east Asia, Africa, Mexico and Jamaica the rasta variant predominated. It looks similar to the sativa subspecies, but generally contains higher levels of THC."

This joke went around a couple years ago on Weedtracker forum... Nice to see it still has legs....

If you think it's true.. Please cite some references...

Start by going to Forensic Science International and review the last 4 years of articles... It should be easy since they only put out 4 issues a year...
