I have never tried this.
Drywall is cheap. I would want to get in there and bleach the piss out of everything. Have you tried this before, the way you are doing it is a lot easier and cheaper than the way I would have done it. But I quess you just found water, not mold.

it's a company doing it. then the insurance adjuster comes out then I get a check to tear out all the drywall and losses... then it's rebuilding... Bla.... :(

The insurance adjuster is at the office. "$15,000 for seeds that got wet!! WTF!?" lmao.

naw naw buddy this is at my 2nd home... I'm taking my shiz out of my "live in" place and moving it to this just for the op. So, none of my stuff is even out of the current addy yet. I would be gutted if this was at my current op! no way I'd want to shut down ops for that long LOL!
