Advanced Nutrients PM/PPM Perfect is Awesome!

the ph-ppm perfect formula isn't even out yet. I emailed advanced nutrients and this was the response they gave me

Thank you for your inquiry,

As of the moment, the pH-ppm perfect system has not been released due to a number of label registration issues we have been faced with. Because of that, none of the products right now are pH-ppm perfect, and still require to be pH-adjusted and monitored. In soil, you should adjust the pH of your nutrient solution to 6.3 before applying it to your plants. In hydro, you should start the initial pH at 5.6 in your reservoir (after mixing the nutrient and waiting for 1-2 hours), and adjust it every 1.5-2 days (36-48 hours.) In coco coir, you should use a nutrient solution at a pH of 5.8-6.0. You should also add 200 ppm of Sensi Cal/Mg or an equivalent Cal/Mg product to coco coir to combat the effects of coco coir related lock out of calcium and magnesium. With RO water we suggest using approximately 50-100 ppm of sensi cal/mg as this will help stabilize the pH and keep it at the appropriate levels.
Having said that, because the system has not been released yet, we do not recommend using the new nutrient calculator listed on our website. It is designed to be used with the “pH-ppm perfect system” and not the original formulations available now. Because of that, we still suggest that you use the old nutrient calculator available here: http://www.advancednutrients.com/hydroponics/nutrient_calculator_old/

I have since moved on to GH MAxi Bloom with Floro Plus and have as good or slightly better results for less then half the cost and no heavy nutes with water added to them to ug around.

Thats pretty cool I go with the same products as you. Only get the Sensibloom+grow A/B and then Big Bud and Overdrive. Unfortunately I went with the 10 Liter fluid Big Bud and later found out the powder is the way to go. This is my first grow with it so ill see how everything goes adding the overdrive next week. My local hydro stores don't carry the new pH perfect products yet but ill by stoked when those things hit the shelves

Wow - what a helpful statement above.

I just don't understand why people would want to use cheap nutes and make more work for themselves. That sounds like a nightmare to me.

But hey, good luck on that one.

AN rocks it for me and I get to have a life too. I don't have to check up on my plants every two seconds. I can enjoy the results without all of the hard work that cheap nutes can make you do.

I'm lazy like that......;)

Cheap GH MAxi Grow and Bloom are actually working better then the AN line for me. I use Floralicious plus with it as well. I also have a lot less PH issues then the AN and H&G line.

my store just got the new formula. They have been advertising the stuff for months and months. Sensi a&b now requires 50 oz per 100 gallons where i could use 30 ox with previous formula. Wasnt thrilled about that. They did add several items to the mix so it seems they are basically forcing you to buy their other products all of which i wasnt using before. Did the math though and it is still a reasonable $300 for 8 weeks of full strength a&b, big bud and overdrive.

Does what it says, no need to touch your res with a ppm meter, ph meter or adjust your ph ever !! It doesnt change the actual ph of your water but rather makes the nutrients available in a huge ph range like 4 - 8.5 :o was using their previous blend and had great results with it. I had some fruity chronics that yielded me 4 times as much as my soiless version under same conditions, same container size (one gallon) i was also using ebb and flow so a lot of it is probably due to that. Everything grew incredibly well without a single issue and it was my first ever ebb and flow run. Been doing soil less for 5 years and every single variety i changed over i got the same kind of results.

2 weeks in with new stuff and havent touched it with ph down or adjusted anything. The plants look very very good. First 36 hours after switching 12/12 most all my plants doubled in size and that was with only one light period ! Shocked the hell out of me honestly. :o were only 5 inch plants to start but still....

Would also like to add i have been using the a&b sensi grow on all my mothers . Every single one i had issues with getting 100% healthy using gh, pure blend pro, house and garden and a few others are all now 100%. Really dark green and very lush with fast growth.

I know there are a lot of an haters but that is my report. Makes things so much easier then before..........
over priced....

Are they available in the states now? I called a month or two back and the rep said no. Anyone know a reputable Canadian hydro store to order them from?

They have been promising the "PH Perfect" for around two years now. I have perfect PH with my cheap ass GH Maxi Bloom/ Maxi Grow powder and better results. Drops my PH from 7.3 range down to 5.6 and only rises to 6.3 in a week. Advanced I always had PH issues and had to adjust it all the time.

I received the same generic e-mail reply a month ago when I inquired about the PH perfect line. I was getting ready to restock my nute supply and thought if it would be out right away (which the website implied) I would wait. They have been advertising this for way too long... I currently use AN but not all the products they say you need to. Luckily when I mix my nutes with my tap water here at home it comes out at 6.3-6.5 everytime anyways... I do think it is ridiculous that they have been hyping this up for so long, all it is doing is pissing people off.

I called today and the rep said its available in some states, and that it will be available more widely in a couple weeks. However, you can buy it online.

I was able to confirm with AN support by telephone
That the new ph-ppm perfect base nute are NOT available for sale
Anywhere in the world.

2 more months for the 2-part sesnsi or 3-part grow micro bloom
6-8 months for the conniseur line.

I asked if this had anything to do with vendors wanting to rid their old stock
And was told no, and that it was because they are working on getting labelling
And testing done in the states to approve the products

I then asked if that was the case why is it not released in canada
And was told simply because its is not in production yet

AN has a toll free support line, anyone may confirm this
Well 20 months later it is available
Got it in hand
Progressive grow will ship to the usa
Discount bundles and further discounts if you get multiple bundles
Very expensive if you get piranha and tarantula

But its out

I used to use only AN in the past. But once they announced the ph-ppm line I really wanted to try that.
When I ran low on nutes. you want the new stuff. The website always says it will be out in a couple weeks.
This goes on and on for months. But you don't want to buy a bunch of their stuff, only to have all the new stuff come out right after.

So you move on to a cheaper, less complicated nute line to tie over.
But these new ph-ppm took years. I think it was literally 3 years since I first heard of it.
So I been using the canna-coco line in coco coir. I am going to try this new AN for a grow.
Just with sensi grow/bloom their voodoo/b52/bigbud/overdrive combo. With mg/ca as well.

YAY!

I'm so psyched that the ph-PPM line is out. Finally.

It's a lot more products than I thought and I need to go through the nutes I have right now before I buy more, but this looks pretty sweet.

pH Perfect Connoisseur Part A/B Combo Pack
pH Perfect Grow / Micro / Bloom Combo Pack
pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part A/B Combo Pack
pH Perfect Sensi Grow Part A/B Combo Pack

Hobbyist Grower Bundle Box
Expert Grower Bundle Box
Professional Grower Bundle Box
Grand Master Grower Bundle Box

I KNEW this would come out right when I didn't need to buy anything else. Darn my bad timing.

LOL

Yea the ph perfect line is out but you can only buy it online at advancednutrientsonline.com from what I was told by one of ANs reps over the phone...I purchased the new sensi grow ph perfect ad well as connoisseur, big bud liquid, overdrive and b-52. I got an email from them yesterday saying that they had a bad batch of the sensi grow and the part b had chunks in the bottle and was able to be shipped. He went on to tell me that they weren't gonna be able to have a new batch out for two weeks. He replaced my order though with grow nutes of my choice and said he would xpress ship the package. This is my first time using AN products and am already super satisfied with there customer service. I will be growing white Russian under 1000 watt cooltube so I will let everyone know how the ph perfect works for me.

My understanding is that it's available in BC. It's not at my local hydro shop but I can buy it online. I've gotta use up what I already have before I buy the new stuff but I am definitely looking forward to trying it out.
