Advice please

Its my first time starting from seed. Back left is hula haze.. Back right is green crack.. Left front is Cinderella 99 and front right is green crack all from gorilla seeds. So both green cracks took a little longer to pop then i stunted the right front green crack by topping it too early the hula haze is growing uncontrollably. Im about 5 1/2 weeks into veg so im wanting to flower in about a week and a half im using cyco platinum series and the feed chart ends at 6 weeks for veg. So how can i catch the little girl up or what will happen to her if i flower her that small? Thanks for any info

Try rotating the plants around and put the larger ones on the outside and the smaller on the inside. Also do a little LST on the larger ones. Tie them outwards and let them grow bushier but it should keep their heights down and let the smaller one to catch up

Put the short one on a board or block or stack of dvds or whatever you have that will support the weight of the bucket and flower them out with a level canopy, if it catches up remove the stack, if it doesnt you have a level canopy anyways :peace:

If i was to flower her now by putting her on a stack...would i be loseing out on my yield with her?

I was thinking about taking it out and putting it in my clone room but dont think a T8 light is enough.

She can only yeild what shes capable of, if you want it taller a little less light will make it happen for you, i run a blurple light for veg too and i notice they stay pretty squat in that spectrum, the weakwr t8 would cause it to stretch to the light making it taller

I guess im just gonna let it go for the last week then ill use youe advice an just raise it up to the others. I tucked the hula haze hopeing it will slow it down. I appreciate the advice thank you

this is the down side to growing different genotypes in one space

some short some tall

and itll get more complicated as the begin to stretch at different rates

waiting for it to catch up to the others is a losing proposition

those plants have already been vegged plenty long to fill the space and vegging them any longer will only make it more difficult to manage

if you had 5 plants you could always put one shorty in the center of 4 talls

- X-
X - X

just flip it to 12/12

you wont lose on your over all yield as long as the space is filled
you might yield less on that particular plant but the other plants will offset it

I would take that taller one in the rear and push it into the corner a bit more

then bend the branches forward and outward stretching it out under the netting up to 7 days into 12/12 to try and take out some of the height

then do as he said a raise the pots on the 2 short ones in an attempt to get them all close to the height as the medium height plant in the front

It might look a little unorganized for a few days but itll help in the long run

Thanks for replying... Ive just flipped them to 12/12 starting tonight at 6. I tucked the hula but it keeps popping back up so tomorrow im gonna use ties. And your rite i didnt think about how different they would grow when i ordered my seeds but lesson learned lol gonna raise the other ones up to the net tomorrow also. The little one almost cought up with the other 2 shorter ones. And i moved my lights around a little

funny I was just going to say

I would un tie the rear corner where the tall plant is and lower the net only in the one corner

at the moment your net isn't low enough to pin down the colas on the taller plant

lower the net then carefully bend the branches under it

don't worry about the net being un level it doesn't matter as long as it does what you want

that taller plant might end up taking up half the grow space if you can get it under the net and train it like a scrog

just move the other 3 out from under it as it grows out

Im gonna try that tomorrow i post pics when i get done... Im trying to get at least a pound out of this grow. My first grow i only had the 2 300 watt led wich i didnt know at the time are realy only about 300 true watts togeather so i ended up with 7 oz outta 4 plants. Then on my secomd grow i got my mars 192 half way through flowering on 6 plants and the day i hung it it fell and crushed 3 1/2 of the plants so i only got 5 oz on that one. This time i got all 3 lights so about 700 true watts a bigger air raider co2 bag and useing the cyco platinum series nutes. I hope it all comes togeather in the end.

Ive been using there calculator on there website seems to be going good but i will check it out... I got a deal on this kit it was marked 250$ they gave it to me for 100. Not sure why it was all up to date and all bottles were sealed i was weary but i bought it anyways and im happy so far theres like 12 different bottles was confusing at first

Wow thats some in depth stuff... Tell me if im wrong but should i not be useing all the bottles. I never thought of people useing it for other than weed lol makes sence tho different plants need different things

if memory serves

I I think you use 2 bottles for the grow base only

and 2 bottles for bloom base only

then they offer a potash bottle which is just potassium sulfate
normally id say you don't need the potash bottle but in this case we cant confirm whether theres sulfur in the base nutes so I might recommend it be used just in case

beyond that I think youd need calmag and Epsom salt

again that's if I recall proper

If you use calmag you dont need the epsom salt(its also mag)
