Aeroponics pump - 30on/30off OK?

I'm having problems with res temps running the pump 24/7. They're at about 77F. I'm using 35% H202 and non-organic nutes.

I'm keeping my eye out for a cycle timer, but until I get one, can I use a 30minute on / 30 minute off timer?

Is 30 minutes too long to have the roots in the air without being sprayed? I'm going with no medium and the roots hang in the air.

naa..ulll be ok...and i have one.without a temp gauge in the bucket..altho.water is usually just room temp..
and if your roots just hang in the air?? are they not big enough to reach the water or you just have it set up that way??
but either way..u should be fine..i dont have a sprayer..and my roots just hang there...try it if you medium gets really dry in that 30 mins ull know...but i can hardly see your roots getting dry...i mean you have air in the water right?
and as long as your roots are good..the top of the medium can be a lil dry..not a big deal.
hope it helps..and u find a muility timer..look at ace hardware. if theres one around ya...

I'm actually growing without any medium at all.

They're just hanging there, roots completely exposed to the sprayers. And there is no water for the roots to dip into. I'm going completely aeroponic without any hint of DWC.

you can go 15/45 or 15/60 and have good results, whats key about aero setups with dangling roots is the high humidity in the chamber, i dont know if this is possible but i notice an over watered look whenever i run the pump more than 15mins, personally im comfortable with 15/45day and 15/60 at night

77F is not good, 2 weeks at this temp will get you root rot, the h2o2 is effective for upto 4days, personally i would not do hydro unless i can have controll over temps, this means if i cant get an a/c in that space i go soil, hope this helps
