Ak47 & strawberry cough

i just got these

i'm starting next week when the set up is done. i have them in the fridge for now. i'm excited. im going to germinate 5 of each, expecting 6 females. if i have less i will germinate more.

i'm going to plant it in

with extra perlite and vermaculite

this is the hps, and probably getting an extra 600w to let them flower in 2 different rooms.


i guess thats all the fun for now. sad

Germinated in paper towel all AK successful but one strawberry cough didn't germinate. I'm keeping lights far away for the first week so they may stretch.

Nice clean set up.. move the lights to 2.5 - 3ft soon enough, i understand u dont want to hurt them early, i usually put seedlings under fluro's for first 2 weeks... good luck

I would recommend getting that HID closer. To much stretching is not good. the grow area looks great.

I lowered the light a bit. The AK are growing fast. I feel there's gonna be a lot of tying down for this grow. And Caliboy have you tried a grow without the top max and alg-a mic ?

awsome choice in strains!! Two great sativas. WIll be watching this one.

My chair is pulled up

Im interested in ak-47 especially since its the serious seeds, they mean business. Was either gunna go with ak-47, bgum, or white Russian for my next batch.

AK47 starting to smell good.

Started adding nutes for the strawberry coughs.

Humidity is constant 60% temp 27c.

Something like 2 weeks old.

nice plants man..hope all goes well...but um..not to get away 2 much from the topic...but does puttin your seeds in the fridge preserves them??...but wouldnt it take longer to germinate??..just a question cuz i got extra seeds im not growin yet..so i have them in the case they came in..in a ziplock bag..

As you can see the AK grow very well. I was really leaning to grow some bubble gum cause it's my fave. Maybe for the next grow.

To be honest I say fuck the fridge, maybe that is why they take so long to germinate. The longest I've kept seeds was a bit over a month in a cup board in the dark, and every single seed (15/15) germinated. I've had these AK and SC in the fridge for 2-3 weeks, 4 out of 8 SC have germinated, 5 outof 8 AK have germinated. Maybe I did something wrong who knows but I'm not using the fridge no more.

looking damn good for 2 weeks old, keep those girls happy!
