The only green sticker i fear is Customs,on my gear.lol

Thts one badass track Unadilla, along with Carlsbad.

When i was 13 we went to cali and even raced on wensdays at night,Here back then it was only Friday night and Sundays.
Thts where i got to know Jeff Ward,We then raced the NMA circuit and became good friends.Nickname was the Flying freckle.

Then I'm pretty sure that I must know of you & may have seen you, .....or at least seen photos of you racing in Motocross action Mag. maybe.

I recall the First G.P. I ever went to was the "1976 Carlsbad GP"
De Coster (The Man)was my hero & I would still love to have him sign my helmet. wonder what ever became of his son Nigel?
Used to really like watching the Marty Smith/Bob Hannah battles & O'mara did some amazing things on a 125's also.

I thrashed my body achieving just intermediate levels on an 87 Cr 125 R at local So. Cal tracks like Indian Dunes, Irwindale ,Ascot, Corona & L.A County Raceway in Palmdale, but Never picked up any sponsors or reached Pro.
Crashed too much due to lack of training.
I loved my CR cause it handled like a dream much due to the fork rake. Just seemed perfect to for my taste.

If I'm not mistaken , I remember back then, Steve Stackable used to have a Custom painted helmet with a Cannabis leaf on top :leaf: But I think he only used it for practice/riding. I'm sure you Remember Steve.

also remember Jimmy Weinert was the king of Psych!

After broken wrists, broken Ankle (plate & screws), Hernia, Spinal Disc wear & damage, worn out knees + concussions .....my doc says I also now have the back/body of a 67 year old man. Jeff Ward is just one day younger than I am .....so I don't know how you guys did it. But I know proper training helps a lot.

So how's your back(body) feel these days? I know the Cannabis sure helps me with my combined pains.
