Yo Flora, is there any decent empty heatsink/fixture assemblies for screw-in lights, that you know of?

edit: and those COBs are damn expensive, Chroni... Not sure i'd want to drop so much on a single point source of light.

I've never disassembled or bought one of those units before, because i don't pay 30 dolla for 7 watts or whatever. So do excuse me if what i'm asking doesnt make sense. :roll:

Maybe get a more solid PCB Board? They can be sub standard at times...

Then the fun part of what LED to place on it.... :)

Screw Bulbs are sold as complete. they are not kits to be assembled. $30? No way. I paid $30 for 22 watts though. To me, the whole "I won't pay more than $1/w" is BS anyway. It's right up there with grams/watt
