Attitude order confiscated in Chicago, but did not include a letter, only a note

Wow...what a sad state of affairs.

I guess it really is time to start hoarding genetics. Not that I shouldn't have been the entire time I have been growing, but now it is a real issue.

If they crack down hard enough, we may just lose some good seed companies and eventually, down the road if it gets bad enough, certain strains.

There prolly filming one of those border security reality shows so guys are playing it up at customs.

Well here was my email I got this morning getting it all taken care of like I expected. I told them to change the shipping so it wasn't as obvious as the last order.

Is there a customs office in Chicago or did a postal worker snag your stuff? I'm not sure that someone busy would take the time to harass in addition to confiscating seeds.

The assholes put smiley faces on it poking fun because I didn't get my order. So are they reporting it to their boss, or just snagging my seeds and packaging the stuff back up?

I have to go home and send the tude some pictures of the package and she said she will get another one out. I also got mine during the "june jam" promo, hope they can still have everything I wanted in my order. I will also be putting a hault to ordering for the time being, I have stocked up and the strains should last me a few years with all the variety I ordered. I am in no way an advanced grower, but I will be trying to mix some strains with the blue dream reg seed males I get next summer outside.

Can I send it signature required? Man if that doesn't sounds like a line out of a movie. Little cards saying shame on you in your order. Sounds like Feds to me, something is new in the equation. I'd bet something is definitely going to happen.

You guys are ridiculous. I have nothing against attitude at all. They weren't very bright this time about what size envelope they used, but guess what I just got my new confirmation email already. They stand behind the gaurantee thats all that matters! Other companies have things get stopped, and I've been using attitude since back in 08 when I joined this site and have only had 2 packages stopped in all that time. My new package will be in the mail by the end of today or by tomorrow without a doubt, and just like last time I"m sure this one will go through. I also told them to make a change in their shipping method this time so it should be more inconspicuous. The signature thing was a non issue I just said no thanks .

Yeah I remember, they Got Emery and RC (Heaven's Stairway) all on the same swoop. They got BCBud in a similar mailing deal... And it was weird, they all had advance notice. Orders missing, people telling them point blank hey your gonna go down. But you know what, they wouldn't listen at all, until they got busted...

But confiscated seed reports are becoming more and more prevalent within the last year from what I have seen.

All I have to say is I am preparing for the worst.

The end of seed companies, or at least a massive lockdown on the import of seeds.
Something tells me they are more privy to this sort of thing now more than ever with legalization laws being passed in multiple states, as well as recreational laws passing.

The govt. knows that everyone is getting seeds, and now they are cracking down.
Save your seeds, kids, and store them well.

Because at this point, The U.S. Government just might become our new seed supplier...and we all know how much the govt. enjoys money, so expect high prices. They will capitalize on Cannabis and ruin it. GMO cannabis seeds? I could see that.

vonblown emery and reeferman doing tv interviews bragging of the millions of dollars they made off the American growers and there was nothing no one could do about it, rc was just the biggest off the those just got caught in the crossfire. I can still see reef holding out a wad of cash you can`t touch me America. now emery in a fed prison and reef moved his operation to Europe and shortly after went out business. you tease the dog long enuff your going to get bit. like you I see things are starting to look familiar of the way they did then, only time will tell.

just send Jodie a follow up email with my pictures. The items were packaged just like they were the first time, they must have some new tech to detect them or they just know what envelopes to look for. We will see what happends this time around, and if it doesnt go through again I will think about asking for my money back. I really wanted the beans from the promo

they do have seed companies in the usa...I mean people who breed....Cali connection isn't based in Europe

cali connection are now based in europe colonuggs.. and the thing is, not everyone lives in a state where they can simply walk down to the corner store and pick out x y and z clones, so a lot of people are dependent on seed's and seed banks..

Sincity seeds is based out of Vegas I believe, and are real nice guys. I met them at the Denver cup and got a bunch of their genetics then. Since then after talking with them, they also sent me 2 new strains to test for them which I'm excited about. A big part of this recent seed order was to get their new Sinmint (thinmint GSC x Bluepower) release, and they had a promo to get their new tangerine power (tangerine pheno agent orange x bluepower) with it. Both of these sounded really dank and I'm eager to give them a try. Since my order is getting redone I doubt I"ll get the tangerine powers from attitude, but I'm hoping SCS will send me some to make up for it. I am journaling my testing for them on the SCS forum so they are also gonna hear what happens with the tude. The last guy that had that issue they sent him a bunch of the TP beans. We'll see what happens, part of why I did this order when I did is I'm moving next week so it will be out of the way. That being said I'm moving very close to michigan so I'm hoping I can make some friends up there that wanna share in the future.

Everyone still think im paranoid on the xraying of packages? If all the packages travel down a conveyor its feasable that they all get a half second scan or there dogs are well trained. Either way those guys the agents in question deserve a kick to their power tripping ass

don't really see much of a point in that myself as i'm sure they're all too aware of their recent seizure issues.. just my $.02

I sent Jodie 3 links about the problem. I think its important for the Attitude as a business to hear from the masses what our perspective is. If my business was potentially going to suffer, I would want to be given the opportunity to alter my ways. What could it hurt?
