Attitude order confiscated in Chicago, but did not include a letter, only a note

Has anyone else attempted emailing the Sales@ email address for the tude? I keep getting a mailer daemon. Not sure if its cuz their servers are flooded or what? All I know is it's super annoying when trying to resolve my issue. It's happened 4 consecutive times now, over the course of 3 days. Nooooot Cool.

Although I've ordered many time from Attitude and have never had an order seized, I switched to Herbies and Sea of Seeds. Attitude is getting orders seized left and right these days....

Attitude needs to change up their shipping process and start all over with some NEW packaging ideas. One would think after having tons of orders already confiscated, they'd change up already. Until they do, no more orders from me!

I would of been happy with a note, I did not get shit lol, only the stealth option item.

Great news I got my BEANS!!!!! I got everything I ordered originally even the regular sinmints so they must not have really been out . I also got the tangerine power freebies I was SOOO HAPPY!!!

Ill be soooo bummed if it doesnt show up. Did you change the address and name? I changed the address but not the name, kinda worried it might get flagged or someone recognize the name, also getting paranoid about them finding it and maybe doing something about it

Hey bro, you're sending to the wrong email address if you get the email sent back from mailer daemon.

Make sure you're typing the address correctly.

Nah dude it's unfortunately the right addy. I got in contact with Jodie at the Sales email from their website. She responded, and now when I try to "reply" in my gmail it doesnt work. I had to use the info addy.

I don't know what this means, but here's an excerpt from it:

Just sit back relax and wait . It is a nerve racking experience but you sound a little less paranoid than me recently with ordering . It truly doesn't matter how long it sits in isc (international service center ) mine went through in 48 hours as did a friends same state as me . Mine came through his was confiscated . If they find it , I guarantee they won't do anything about it . Hence the notes people are getting I think . Cops don't do shit so the customs try to piss you off. It's very very very possible they keep record and to anyone who says " nah they don't " motherfucker I was a marine . Everything is ran by computer and yes they do collect any and all data they can. Not the point . It's all luck . I used tshirt and it came through fine . I hear about lots of wallets getting taken . I believe this is because customs job is also to make ire counterfeits of anything do not come into the us . I got lucky because of a holiday weekend so it seemed to slip throu the cracks maybe . But worrying wont change anything , and is only impacting U . Just wait . See what happens . If its confiscated BE CHILL and you will be taken care of . Sooooo many things besides measley weed seeds come through customs . They're looking on a much larger scal

If you are having troubles go to the site and use their email contact us form and I clued your order number and they can find your order for reference and take care of the problem for you. Attitude has an anti spam b,Ickes so they make you enter in one of those visual security codes before the email is sent. I use yahoo so may be an issue with your gmail possibly. Either way good luck.

I just got my letter from attitude half an hr ago, with just the black wallet and nothing inside. There's a green tape saying Examined by US Customs, but i cannot find anything inside the wallet. Also there is no note or anything from the Customs. What to do? I'm so pissed...the letter stayed with ISC for 3 days...

You take a picture of the empty package with the green tape and email it to Jodie. She will contact you within 24 hrs if you send this email and politely explain that you package arrived but sadly had be stopped and emptied by customs. It's that simple and they will reship another order since you payed for the guarantee.

That sucks Jimmy I hope it shows man. I can't remember is this your first batch or a reorder?

Email Attitude, and be as polite as possible when explaining what happened.

If you did get the guarantee, and you are nice, they will take care of you.

If you didn't get the guarantee, do this:

WTF is going on with the attitude? I can't watch this anymore. Why haven't they fixed this? I sent Jodie a very detailed email with links to posts here. I know she knows what is going on by the emails she gets everyday, all day. There has to be a better way to go. I would not use the Attitude right now because of the way they ship. This makes me sick.

Heh... Heh heh heh . Yeah someone pretend do be a United States department of customs agent. Bigger charge than if you were actually going to be prosecuted for being sent beans .
