Attitude order confiscated in Chicago, but did not include a letter, only a note

Non of mine that have gone through NY over the years have had any problems. My reshipment said it was already at the international currior for oversea shipment today so that makes me happy! If all goes well I will see it before the end of the week I think!

Whats up guys? So I just found out my order got seized in LA. They got to LA on the 14th and I just now got them on the 24th. Im gunna try to talk to attitude and see what they can do. Im not sure if I want my money back and just try to get clones instead or try to have them send the order again. But I have some questions. Whoever has had there order seized are you sending it to the same place with the same name? Are you guys growing where youre sending it to? Im not super paranoid cause I keep hearing people have gotten that seized letter several times with nothing happening to them. Plus I have a med card, and im in the legal limit( I think, Im still mixed up on what the limit is in cali) But im still a lil worried thou cause Im not sure if theyd send you some fine for having repeated offenses

I never order to the place I grow, and I always order in the name of the person who I send it to so that it gets there without an issue. That person is always aware, but there isn't really any risk from everything I've always seen and read. I just do it as a precaution since I don't live in a med state. As far as getting your money back, I don't know if thats an option you'll have to talk to attitude. I believe the guarantee is that they will reship your order if it doesn't make it to you intact, not refund the cost, I could be wrong here though.

My order just arrived today, it had also passed through LA. Wasn't opened, no green tape, just an unmolested package with beans inside, and a shitty wallet, lol.

I emailed Attitude when I got my empty box in the mail. They asked for a picture, I emailed it. They immediately reshipped the order. That is pretty damn good service.

Thats what I'm saying man. Mine was reshipped the same day basically, as it was the first time this ever happened. Its the biggest reason I call BULLSHIT on the attitude haters. The only way they had a bad experience is if they did something wrong in the process I think.

Thundercat, where did your order get picked up at this time if it didn't go through NY?

My last order sat in nyc for 9 days. Didnt end up getting opened, bur had me worried.

Edit: just checked the tracking and it says it was processed through chicago again, at 7:01 this evening so we'll see how long it stays for a hint of whether it got opened or not. I told attitude to change my shipping method this time so we'll see how they sent it.

Damn, I wonder why your shit has been going through Chicago, if you normally get all your shit through NYC... That is weird.

I moved a few years ago, and hadn't done an order until last year in the new area. However the replacement the first time I had one stopped went through NY go figure.

FUCK! lol idk what else to do the harassment is just so below the belt. these are the people that spit on homeless people as they go by them. just not cool! it seems they don't grab them in the tins. pay the extra couple bucks for a tin.

the attitude is awesome and they will carry on shipping us seeds even if we have to get way crafty...at least i hope so

I placed an order on the 'tude during the June Jam promo. My package went to Chicago, then mysteriously got re-directed to West Point VA. I don't even live there! I called USPS and they said it was an attempted delivery at some random address!? I got the T-Shirt and the tin, so I'm emailing attitude back n forth. I kept getting a Mailer Daemon the other day, don't know what that's about. This is my first time ordering from them, so I hope they stand by their guarantees.

I ordered a crush proof tin and a shirt to make sure I got my package but it still got checked by customs and seized my seeds. In my opinion, they searched my package because of the tin. They were prob like "whats this tin hiding inside of this shirt" because if you squezed the package im sure you'd feel it plus hear shit shaking around inside the tin

Attitude is great. they will definetly guarantee shipping to you if you at least paid for the guarantee. You just have to be nice and respectful when you email them. Im sure a lot of people email them all pissed off and rude, then thats when they would be like fuck you and not resend it. But they helped me out a lot. They changed the shipping address, hopefully sent my package in a more discreet way (like I asked), and they were out of the Night terror OG so they let me upgrade to Flaming Cookies
Im pretty bummed that theyre out of night terror but I can just get that another time hopefully.

thats one of my major fears is being out of stock and not being able to honor the guarantee. good to hear they upgrade you.

No tin ordered. Had my first two orders came in no time and in a t shirt in the breeder packs. My package was processed through Chicago at 9pm last night so lets hope it gets through along with thundercats. All the stress of this is probably going to make me change the address they ship to in the future, but I am stocked up pretty well at this time.

Honestly, I'd be more pissed about not getting the customs letter than I would be about not getting the beans. Every grower should have a customs letter, its like a really cool participation award, a badge of honor if you will. Lol.
