My plans have changed and so I will not be growing out my Rocklock anytime soon so I have switched my lights to 12/12 to try and induce flowering on my NL autos. I think 2.5 months should have been more then enough time for them to start flowering on their own.

Nirvana has a flowering time of 7-9 weeks listed, but I am hoping that they will not take that long as I was looking forward to already having some quality smoke by this time. I have noticed some of my pistils are already changing color before I made the switch. If a female plant is left in a vegging state does that normally occur?

haven't stopped by in a while, those plants you have soa are fucking nice, i really like the devilberry, i'll probably look it up to see if it suits me, i'd love to get a smoke report..

has anyone grown sativa dominant autos? i have some going right now, but i'm slightly skeptical about just how good/cerebral the high will be..

Live and learn man, that's part of the fun I think. Looks like you still did well for yourself.

Okay in my second week of growing AFs. Easyryders nontheless

Quick question though, it appears my plant may be a little stunted due to temps rising just over 110F. Yes yes I know, I had been too busy to install another exhaust but I have done that now.

So my question is that AF flower when they reach a specific age. However would height have anything to do with it? Say it stayed stunted and was under a ft. Would it still flower just not have a lot of bud?

:P

of course it would flower, it might not have profuse branches or yield much but you should at least get a really nice main cola

Post some pics and I'll compare them to mine. I'm doing an Easy Ryder grow right now and mine vary in age from about 5 to 11 days above soil (about 7 to 13 days from germinated seed), so it'll be a good comparison. They're all doing extremely well and are very healthy, but they're all very short. So, you probably don't need to panic, I think it's just how they grow.

You can check out my journal for comparison pics, though I haven't posted any from yesterday or today yet, I'll do it in a few hours. My oldest is growing beautifully and is only about 3" tall at most, and I've kept the temps in the 80s most of the time (temp reading taken directly at the plant using a thermometer with a probe). However my temps have definitely gotten into the 90s and even over 100 sometimes as I've added more light and chased it with fans. The plants still look great, so I wouldn't worry too much. In fact I have one ER growing outside of my grow box by itself, where it's much cooler by default and I don't have to use any fans, and it's growing exactly like the others are.

I have 2 easy ryders at 27 days right now, both about 5 inches tall and flowering for about 4 days or so, I htink mine stunted also because of heat stress and/or overwatering but white hairs everywhere none the less!

I actually just measured my oldest Easy Ryder which is 11 days from sprouting and I was stunned to find that it's only 1.5 inches tall, and I believe it's extremely healthy and well tended. All of my ERs including the one growing separately outside the box appear to be growing exactly the same, so I believe this to be the normal height for this age.

I'm about to update my journal with pics of all of my Auto ERs and my Auto Oynx, but here are a some pics of my oldest Easy Ryder. Ignore the variation in colors, the brightness inside the box throws off the color when taking pics. Some of the pics look very different than the plant actually does to the human eye.

My Nirvana Auto Northern Lights its starting to get its smell back from curing, its 8 days in the jar today.
It flowered for around 56 days or so, ended up right at 7 feet with a million nice sized nugs that ='ed out
to make a little over 2 ounces.

looks really healthy, at that age mine were probably the same size, except my leaves were curling down something fierce
but basically the same size, maybe theres hope for mine to hit the 12" mark :) Actually just watered mine this morning and the growth in the last 10 days or so is phenomenal, seriously shooting up
