I always heard that organic was bad in hydro, I dont even remember the reason given. Anyways good shit man.
Most people have root slime issues or ph/ppm(which is utterly useless to measure in organic) swings.. You also have to clean your rez more because there is other shit in it besides straight nutrient.. bat guano and what not.

Basically imagine extra salts slowly building on the sides and bottom over time. This contributes to poor ph and ppm conditions and eventually fuels the fire for root rot.

I still am trying to get someone's opinion on supernatural nutrients
I'm currently using Supernatural grow for my veg cycle.... and LoViNg it!
This is my first hydro grow and first time using Supernatural. I'll say the PH buffer works great, some people say they don't use ph up or down with it but I always ph my water to 5.7 then add the nutes, I figure save the buffer so it can do it's thing till I change the sauce. 1.5 tsp will up 5 gallons 250ppm so a little goes a long way. My roots are nice and white, I've had no problem with root slime or ph/ppm swings . I had a small bit of leaf tip burn the first time I changed the sauce and upped the ppm to much when they where still juveniles, added filtered water and they recovered really fast, other than that the nutes have been a breeze, I also add c/mag & Drip Clean.
I'm planning on using SuperNaturals whole line once I get to flower. Hope that helps a little I just haven't been using them long enough to give you any more info, but I highly recommend them!

First off you need to be more specific with the word "best". Healthy plants? Bigger Yeilds? Better Product? All come at the expense of another. Just a thought. How big are you going with your hydro grow. I started with a few DWC plants and now I'm planning on expanding. These nutes start to take their toll on your wallet so look into Lucas if ya want... Im running this next time for about a 1/4 of the cost. Just my 2 cents.

Maybe that'll help spark some thought

gh 3 part, liquid koolbloom, dry koolbloom, bud candy and hygrozyme only thing id add is the diamond nectar havent tried yet but its in their feeding chart. but by far to me super easy and NOOOOOO brown staining on roots. if you get staining your using to much.

I throw dyna-gro out there, it's working great for me. It is pretty "hot" and only takes around .8 EC to keep the girls happy. Even at very low feed levels, you can get too much N if you add back nutes everyday. plants love that nitrogen, and will chow like Urca at a golden corral.

i am sick of chopping and changing, so i am currently performing a comparison of GH floranova, H&G aquaflakes, GT ionic and one ive made myself, after 4 weeks 12/12 there is not a lot in it. i will post my results when its finished.

Finally someone got the answer correct! And it's not about the extra $$$ and fancy names.

One more reason I love the dynagro... a clear clean res!! I just mixed up a res with some of the GH 3 part I had left over, and overnight I see new gunk floating in the res. GH's vegan plant boost also led to slime coatings building up on the plastic parts.

yea..thats one thing i do not like about GH's nutes..is the slime..atleast the Flora Nova grow and Flora Nova Bloom are that way not sure about their other products.

i am thinking about switching to Advanced Nutrients line of nutes..see how they work.

I've used Sensi Grow/Bloom since I started growing, always have good results. I'm considering trying Canna but its even more expensive than Sensi? I pay $95 for two 4L jugs (A&B) Canna is $160??..Is this normal or is my grow shop ripping me off?
