All I can say is if the national archives does not keep better track of classified documents I will be able to buy some off of them on eBay.
So it's not true, what you said, or perhaps you were talking out your behind.

That question, then, becomes a rhetorical fallacy known as a leading question. Rhetorical fallacies are fake debate devices used by people who don't have a valid argument. JSYK

Example of a leading question:

Why do Republicans, especially MAGA types, employ leading questions to try to "win" an argument when all they are doing is proving they have no valid argument?

Until you show your tax filings, I must consider you a foreign financed entity. Care to repute your lacking public standing?
I haven't gotten the paperwork for doing my taxes yet. You may consider me whatever you like. This is the internet. I could be the Great Gazoo for all you know.

It's a question, not an assertion. It was put forth as an example of a leading question, though the one you posed was a pretty good example too.

Why do MAGA types use rhetorical fallacies when we all know it only shows how bad their argument is? Not that I'm accusing you of being a MAGA type. For all I know, you could be the Great Gazoo. Except you have a beard and long hair, so you say.

I do have long hair and beard. Once I got out of the army I grew my hair long and grew a beard. Don ask me why I am not sure other than the fact I like wearing a beard and long hair.

The law recognizes a considerable gradient between negligent manslaughter and premeditated murder.
Yes, but I don't believe that could apply to President Biden in this case. There was either criminal intent or there wasn't. If I misspelled my street name on a mortgage application vs tRumping up my mortgage application, one is illegal and the other is not.

It's just the beginning of the nothing-burger feast MAGA is going to try and serve for the next two years IMHO

The Great Gazoo might have said as much if he wanted me to think he's human.

All I really know about you is you used a leading question, a logical fallacy, to -- I don't know why you did that. What did you do that? Something else I know is MAGA types do that all the time. They have no valid arguments so they use invalid ones.

I am the farthest thing from a maga type you know. I did vote for trump first term but not the second. I have numerous complaints about trump as well as i do Biden.

Keep your shirt on. I didn't call you a MAGA type. I just pointed out that you use the same bullshit debate tactics they do. Geez, people sure are wound up over names. But, yeah, you used a bullshit debate tactic. It pretty much invalidates every thing you said. Just like when MAGA types do it.

The national archives did not contact Trump first and tell him they know he had stuff. Trump lawyers contacted them and said they found stuff. Just like Biden aides did. The N.A, then said they wanted them and Trump lawyers gave them to them.
Then later Trump lawyers contacted N.A. and said they found more just like Biden aides did. Trump got immediately raided. Biden got the media defending him.

It isn't fair and everybody can see it. The Trump haters will just pretend the two situations are different and Biden is right. They are different because Trump was president and Biden was vice president.

The Kim letter belonged to Trump.
I must say I didn't exactly think of it that way. There may be some differences but there are more similarities that I didn't know. You guys have made me go do more research. Thanks
