dude i just got a 600 cool tube and i must say i don't think that will fit in there.
you are gonna love that ex cheese, heads up in case you don't already know, IT SMELLS, big time, wow...awesome plant tho

I'll have to consider it nearer the time but I'm considering either a 400w or a 250w Dual speccy... I really want the 400w even if it means isolating the lights ventilation from the cabs ventilation.

not worried bout smell, got a nice carbon filter, plus they're in that new box which is in the garden, which sucks cos its freeeeezing out there but doesn't 'cause the smell dissipates r8 quick!

Match if your box is that small go with 400hps instead of 600 I think your box is too short to handle a 600. or do cool tubes work that well... Stay high

thats what I was wondering, if cool tubes were that good (but I'm not going with a 600w, I just saw a smaller cab with one in : )

hmmm i don't know but hell it would be nice to light that box up right?!!!?? i don't think you can get too much light IMHO
i haven't used the cool tube part of my set up yet, it arrived cracked and i think the light and heat will shatter it further. i am waiting on the replacement tho and will let you know how it cools. i am doing vert right now.
let's def keeps High's thread alive if we can. legil and i have been looking for him for awhile now. he's not too far from me, in miles, would check on him if i could

You've been busy sunny... Been awhile. Glad to be back. Made a smaller box. Still should be able to fit 10-15 bottles in there.

Back in action.. Ill get some pics of the box. Just finished it today and started sprouting seeds. (the same seeds xD) Never got any of them to finish. Have 7 left.


Sorry for leaving out of the blue. Was having some problems with neighbors. Had a problem one night and had to take every thing down and trash the plants.. It sucked. Those neighbors are long gone now. Its time to get started again . Soo happy.. Gonna a have couple outdoor plants also. Ill keep updating regularly.

Heres a couple pics i took of my new box.. I can only let my plants get to 18" in it. Its going to be interesting. I'm using 2 liter bottles this time so, size is going to be an issue im sure. Gonna be fun. Each plant will have to be tied down at least 15 to 20 times. Might be more. My goal is to keep them about 15" tall. In addition to tying them to the pot i might have to run them sideways. Seeds are not fem. Hoping to get at least 3 out of 7 to be fem. Most of my grows have been 12/12 from seed. Gonna veg these for about 20-30 days. Cant wait to start growing again.

Finally started growing.. Seemed like sprouting took forever (48hrs)

5 out of the 7 seeds sprouted already. Every 2 weeks im going to start a new batch. Going to build a veg box soon also.

Gonna start updating with vids also.

Six seeds out of seven sprouted. Hope i get some females out of them.

I am planning on ordering some seeds at some point and do not want to use small pots with them. Would be a waste of money for sure. So, had to do some work.
I cut the bottom of my old cab off and more than doubled the vertical height. Also took a single cab and made a veg box out of it..

I was thinking of recycling some of my tennis ball containers by using them to grow in. Throw some clones in them and straight into flower!

Nice man. I was getting 7g-10g from 24oz bottles. They are fun and easy to manage. U should have no problem getting 15g - 20g from the tennis ball containers.

It would be a good idea to veg the clones at least for a couple weeks before flowering. They really need to grow roots first. My experience with clones that were 12/12 from the start had a lower yield. About 4g-5g each plant. But they will still grow.

Its hard to determine. There's a lot of factors that come into play. Because of the plants size it's easy to give them a sufficient amount of light, even when using cfls. So, it shouldn't be difficult to see 7-10g yields(genetics permitted). I have never used name brand seeds. The ones i use come from commercial bags. Plants that were grown outdoors and were probably very big. I wouldn't try it with seeds from a bank. Its possible that a smaller indoor grown mother could have offspring that produces lower yields. But its fun and easy. If you have the room put a couple in for a test run. Hope this helps

Ya i was thinking a week or 2 veg tops. My buddy has some huge moms he cant take enough clones from so i was going to help him out. Haha! I have been pulling 14g/plant with autos in roughly the same size pot in 10 weeks so i see it happening for sure. Oh and that is with cfls.

Thx T0ker .. I'm only going to have a few bottles going from now on. Going to fit 3 large plants in my flower cab and fill in the rest of the space with bottles.. But yes its good to be back. Growing is to much fun. Love every min.

Been pretty cold here. Only three out of ten seeds made it so far. Have about eight more sprouting but, with a lot of the seeds condition im hoping to get one or two out of them. They are from some brick weed and are all smashed. Will be ordering seeds with in a few weeks till then im hoping i get one female out of the three.
