Don't worry dude.
At the start of each node it is quite normal to have a calyx.
It's not a flower, nor is she flowering.
The first ones will appear at about the 7 - 8th node then slowly all nodes will develop one of them on each side.
Nothing to worry about mate.
She's not flowering, just showing you she's a girl.
It's a good sign of a healthy female.
Thanks for the feedback man, thats the kind of encouragement I need.
I would like to clone Bertha and Debbie, and keep them around for a while. So if they did begin flowering, it would ruin my plans for them.

More hairs after 1 day?!? I hope its normal, I guess we will see.
Maybe Tips is right..... You might as well switch em over to 12/12.
If they are ready, they are ready
I hope it is normal too. But yes, that is alot of new hairs in just 1 day!!!
Ill tell you what.... I will begin flowering Jenni now, and keep Betha, Debbie and Grace in veg for a few more months.

Ok everybody, its time to check the Bloom Room..... So stay tuned for an update

Bloom Room

Everybody is doing very well in the Bloom Room.
Chemo is getting closer to harvest. I see so many dark red hairs that have curled up, and the triches are mostly amber. Im just letting it go as long as I can.
Mother is begining to turn a light green. So I wil up the nutes to about 600ppm -700ppm. The top cola is completley coated with triches.... Ahh so lovely!!
Naomi and Melisa are doing well. But they have decided to stay small. They will give me a few dank nugs for sure.

Enjoy the pictures!!!!

I am still seeing new hairs sprout up from different locations.
In good faith, I believe they are still in veg. So I am continuing with my plan. I will continue to veg 3 of them for a bit longer.
Jenni is now in the Bloom Room. I will follow her progress in comparison to the other girls in veg. See what the difference is.
Jenni, sorry no pics of yours today. I put her in the Bloom Room so she is absent from the Grow Room pictures today.

The Grow Room is doing extremely well.
Except for one thing..... Hairs, hairs and more hairs.
I went on a motorcycle ride for a few days and just got back. I quickly went to check on my girls as I knew they needed some attention. And dang dude, more hairs.
Bertha has new hairs growing all over. I count about 7 different locations with hairs growing.
Debbie has alot of new hair growth. I think she snuck some B-Vitamins while I wasnt looking. You can see in the picture I pointed out 4 different locations of new hairs around the same node.
Grace is not showing any hairs at all. I looked and looked, but cant find any on her.
Anyways guys/gals, I hope you enjoy the pictures....
Next up is the Bloom Room... Stay posted!!!!

As long as those stigma are protruding from single calyxes along the stem at each node it's fine.
Outdoor plants that have been vegging for 10 weeks will have these.
When you start seeing stigma coming out of your growth clusters then they're flowering.
There's no way a plants can flower in 18/6 unless it's an auto strain.
Plants look great dude.

Hey what you riding at the moment?

Ok cool man. Im keeping to the original plan. Veg veg veg!!!
I was looking through some journals and Ive been pretty impressed with Dirtbags journal. And even if it takes 4 or 5 more months, I really want some HUGE MONSTERS. So I will continue to veg veg veg. Transplant into larger containers in a month or two. :hump:

I have a 2002 Honda Shadow Spirit. 1100cc. I love riding it man, I was on it for about 8 hours today. About the same yesterday too. I rode over 1000 miles this last weekend.8-)

I would recommend getting them into large pots as soon a you can.
They will grow a lot faster and bigger if you can get them into big pots early.
Keeping them in those small pots will stunt them some what if you really want biggies.

Yeah love the v-twins mate.
8 hrs of ridin = monkey butt
The shadows are great. Honda don't make bad bikes ;)
I got to many bikes at the moment, if that's possible.
2 Ducs and a HD.
Love that torque and sound.
Ride on.

And everybody likes a Harley.
I like my Honda, it never breaks down, it looks sharp, it always starts, and it sounds great!!
Today was the first day in about a week that I actually drove my truck. Ive been on the bike so much lately.....

:clap:very beautiful and frosty....good job:weed:
Thanx man. I appreciate it. I was in the Bloom Room earlier today and I decided to press the top cola in between my fingers. It was amazing, the buds are already really dense. And the sticky residue smell on my fingers was amazing. I am very very excited about this Bubba Kush.
Wow. So thats Jenni's mother?
I cant wait to see Jenni in full bloom. That shit is gunna be so sweet.
How do I get my plants to look like that?!?
Yep, Mother is the only Bubba Kush I grew from seed. Everybody else is a clone I got from her.
And Im glad you asked. If you want plants like mine I would do everything Im doing....
High quality genetics from a trusted seedbank.
Fox Farm soil.
Fox Farm nutes.
400 watt HPS.
Ph Test kit.
Temps 75 degrees F.
Exhaust Fan running 24/7 for fresh air.
Moisture Meter.

And this would be a good time to talk about how and when I do my feedings.
I have noticed that some of the leaves on Mother are turning very lite green. Almost yellow. Therefore I am increasing the nutrient mix.
pic #1 the moisture meter reads dry. Time to feed/water
pic #2 I buy distilled water with a ppm of 8ppm. Which is really good. For this particular mix, I am using 1 tsp Grow Big, 2 tsp Tiger Bloom, 1 tsp Big Bloom.
pic #3 The ppm is now 817ppm
pic #4 I use a pressurized watering tool. It helps airate the water, and lets me water very slowly. That way I can give her only what she needs. When water drips out of the bottom, I stop watering.
pic #5 Mother
pic #6 Mother top cola

Grow Room Update!!
Ok dudes/ dudets, time for a Grow Room Update. It has officialy been 1 month since I transplanted them into the 5 gallon buckets. So they will start a low dose nutrient feeding soon. But as for now, they are not thirsty. So I will wait until the soil dries out before watering/feeding them again.
Here are some pictures. They are all 3 looking great!!!!
Bertha, Debbie, Grace

I have been really impressed with the growth of Bubba Kush. The flowering Mother is so delicious and frosted, I think I found a winner.
So I am going to clone again today.
I will be taking 2 branches from Bertha, and 2 branches from Debbie.
I like to use 50% Fox Farm soil, 50% Coco Coir.
pic #1 4 dixie cups with 50% Fox Farm / 50% Coco Coir
pic #2 Here is a picture of Bertha, I am taking the 2 lowest braches off her.
pic #3 Rooting Compound
pic $4 I dip the cutting into the Rooting Compound for 30 seconds. Then I put the cutting into the soil.
pic #5 repeat
pic #6 I spray clones with 6.3ph water twice a day. Keep covered with humdity dome.

In a couple weeks I will transplant them into 5 gallon buckets.....

Grow Room Update!!!
The Grow Room is looking excellent!!! Seriously, everything is going great in there!!!!
As of right now they have not been fed any nutes!!! I put them into 5 gallon buckets Fox Farm soil 1 month ago, and they are still looking great!! Just plain 6.3ph water!!
After 1 month I always start a nutrient mix. So I mixed up a low dose nutrient mix today. But as you can see from pic #7 they are not thirsty yet.... So the feeding will have to wait.....

The clones are looking great! As you can see from picture #5, the humidity dome stays wet with a layer of water around the inside of it. I also keep the vents open for fresh air.
Since this is an interactive journal I am open to names for my clones.

Coming soon is the Bloom Room Update!!! Stay posted friends.......

spoiler alert..... Chemo is coming down very soon.
