Those buds have really filled out nicely.
What do you think of your "FIM" vs. the non fim plant? Do you think it is going to make much differnce in yield? I know its a bit early because you haven't harvested. I was just curious because I am about to "TOP" or "FIM" mine and would appriciate any thoughts you had.

Honestly i don't think i can actually give a good review on the FIM plant because in the second week of flowering my fan fell on the plant and split all 4 of the branches and i taped it back together just hoping that it wouldn't die. Well as you can see it managed to survive but all 4 of the top colas are spaced out and its difficult to get even light to all of em. But before the accident it was looking great. The untopped plant grew really tall and got a single huge cola that probably equal 2 of the FIM'd colas it also have long side branches with a lot of nice size buds. For my next grow i plan on doing the FIM cut for all my plants and hopefully they don't be as spaced out.

Thanks Mineralz.. I still got like 2-3 weeks left before i chop.. I plan on letting them go 70 days.. Just trying to figure out when is the best time to start flushing. I was planning on flushing with "Final Phase" by Advanced nutrients on friday and then just use plain water till they are ready but i still have a lot of clear trichs so i might give em another week of 1/2 strength nutes.

Man they are looking great. Looks like they are plumping up for you very nicely keep up the good work!!

What's up everybody.. Hope all is well. Today is day 59 of 12/12. There's not really much to update on. my temps and humidity have been steady, however this week i decided to give my girls only 1/2 strength nutes. Next friday will start the flush. The plant with the FIM cut colas are picking up some weight and causing them to have a gangsta lean so i'm working on figuring the best way to tie them up for these remaining 2 weeks.

A couple of days ago i decided to cut a branch just to test it. Too be honest i also just wanted to smoke lol. Anyway i let it hang dry for 24 hours and then use my ballast to continue to dry it some more. Well of course the taste was bad but it actually got my high. It was more of a head high and it wasn't quite what i'm looking for. Hopefully 2 more weeks and it will be ready.

Anyway here go a couple shots of some of the tester buds.

looking great. let me know how it turns out. I just ordered some of this shiz(bubblelicious) along with some chrystal... Im not sure which one to do for my next grow, guess Ill just toss a coin.

Thanks everybody. We had a cookout yesterday and i let some of the family and friends try the tester buds. Its a good social smoke.. kept everybody laughing and having fun.. Its a decent high but i need something strong for my insomnia. Hopefully by letting trich mature some more i get what i'm looking for. If not i'm still going to have some good smoke and just try the next strain. Eventually i plan on having multiple strains growing at the same time. I can't wait till i can actually have a strain that i only wake n bake with.. another strain for my midday smoking and finally a strain that can just make me go to sleep. I'm very please with my first grow and i learned a lot. I plan on growing for many years so the sky is the limit. Thanks again to everybody that helped me along the way. Almost harvest time!!!!

Hey conspiracy...those girls are loooking TOP NOTCH bro..and so fricken FROSTY...i love the pics of the bud you chopped and dried...you can really see the trichomes. look pretty clear too?.. just phenominal tho...your gettin there too..almost time to chop...i'd be gettin so excited.. i still have 58 days give or take =( lol...i hope mine turn out even half as good as yours..

LOL thanks Skyhigh.... i have 2 big colas and 3 medium looking colas because i didn't anticipate the weight and they just started leaning further away from the light. Next grow i'm going to add something to help support the weight. Oh well you live and you learn. I'm going to check out that snow white.. Congratulation on ur harvest

Thanks beewfurd.. Yea them tester buds was probably 40-50% cloudy... definitely wasn't ready yet but still was decent. I plan on chopping next friday, but i'm going to see how they looking next wednesday before i give them 36 hrs of darkness. I'm like a kid that know christmas is 1 week away. You still have a way to go but the best advice i can give you is to just show your plants a lot of love and they will reward you. Hell even tho they look good i know my plants could have been better.
