@lukio If you don't mind please...

Which is better?

2 x dr90's (3ftx3ftx1.7m) with a cobx-9 in each...

Or

3 x dr90's with a cobx-6 in each?

Would the cobx-9 be too much? Would the cobx-6

Not worried about purchase price or any of that.

Both those scenarios draw 900w. Which would yield more? lol

Bought 2 cob x-9 panels on ebay earlier for £950 a piece, then a woman phones saying she had been given a different price list on Tuesday, the leds are Not £950, they are in fact £1100. So got a refund, as wasn't happy that I bought it with the buy it now option, yet they wanted more money. What a mess!

Ebay shop called Budmaster and Paul is away. Nobody would agree to doing them for £950, so the ebay lady told me she couldn't sell them to me at that price.

Got the money back, so I now have a 1000w hps and 600w hps, which is the opposite to what I do want.

What a bastard today has been, normally any led company is pleased when somebody chucks £1900 at them in one order...

It is yes. I also had to add a bank card to paypal. Had my bank phone me up as I was making an expensive purchase. All that crap for nothing...

I'm quite fucked off tbh as in my head I had switched to cob. A real step forward. End of high electric bills etc

Yeah, £950 didn't seem too bad... I could deal with that. There is no major rush, I'm having a small break whilst I move.

You can buy anything from anywhere and ask politely to make you a lower invoice for customs. Done it from USA and China... Use different names, adresses if you can... That is a lot of money not worth buying crap that you will regret later.
I don't want to order from abroad. It is a pain in the arse if it goes faulty. Interesting that you see it as buying crap I may later regret. You may be right! If I'd known this shit was going to happen, I would have just kept my 3 cmh lights. Still, I have a decent budget, though no options in mind. Better than having no money and options lol

yeah theres a difference between crap and overpriced huh! budmaster make nice lights but they are overpriced. Dude, the shipping and customer service i received from northern growlights was excellent. dhl shipping was 3 days to uk and im certain they would fix any problems pronto.i dont think it really matters where there are these days. Theyre ace!

I don't think they are crap, I think that they are very expensive though. I'll look up those northern grow lights. Cheers

What do you make of the Budmaster god 1200? The god-16 in other words. Saw a used one of them kicking around for £800

I too have purchased from northern grow lights and delivered to UK, great customer service. Very good pricing, even with the added VAT. I got my citizen CLU058s from them. Not as expensive as one might think.

ive seen one somewhere before. maybe 420mag. sounds too cheap!
I've bought it now. When it gets here I'll send the serial numbers off to Budmaster to see what the crack is. I did that once before and he told me the history of the led. It has the yield ahead sticker on. I asked many other questions too, if it ain't how it should be, I'll open up a case and send it back at the sellers expense. I used to have an od9, so know what I'm looking for here.

Either way, I'm not starting my grow for 6 weeks, so have time to sort things out if they ain't right.

I use the cobs and love em but word of advice do Hang em off the metal frame.ive 3xcobx4 and I think cobx9. One cobx4 sorts my 3x3 and the rest cover my 4x4 pretty well best you'll yet but it got messy I'm doing a cleaner run this time and I'll continue my sig grow if it's still here and compare as last were begged under my 400wmh now I've all 3 lights on half power n will boost em once they ready then flower, I'll be growing 2 exo and 2 dbxl3 with hopefully a gh4 n jacks arriving at some stage
