Budmaster lights

My wife went back to work a few months ago too, so have lots of extra responsibilities. I can't sleep in as I have to do school runs. I tried combing both, but it can't work.

Led growing I'll water my plant twice a week, then ignore it for the rest of the time.

I'm going to try a coco grow under this light 1st. I've been having a little play around recently with flora micro, bloom and cal mag.

I've got a 10 litre tank, 7.5ml teaspoon

I do this...

Bubble 10 litres of water for 12-24 hours

Add 2 spoons of Flora Micro and stir

Add 3 spoons of flora bloom and stir

Add 1 spoon of calmag + stir.

Ph goes to 5.9-6 without adjusting it. The plants love it! Lowish ppm I assume, not that I know that for certain, as I don't test ppm.

Experience with led growing tells me to do coco. I want the plants to be able to drink immediately. Have cal mag every feed too.

Plus it's so easy to overwater with soil, under led. Not only that, it doesn't have the intense heat directed at the canopy that will resolve overwater faster.

I like to put lots of feed through the soil, to wash out all the last feed. I think coco growing suits my style. 25 litre pots too, so will give the plants a real chance of a decent yield.

@theslipperbandit I've been watching your grow. Very impressive! Also watch Icemuds work on a regular basis too. You're both doing great with Budmaster!

It's nice there are several people here doing great with Budmaster. I like to see any good grows done under any led. It's when you can grow under led already, that you then appreciate the skill level involved.

This is the next low with all lights on half power abut all on 850 actual watts.... I can't repeat how intense these lights are, for cuts to take I've to have half the cobx4 on.
The shots from today...can you guys spot the reveggers? Other 2 are exo n more will be added

Osram...meant for constant use non like some fixture come that have off periods and everything is interchangeable with a screen driver no soldering or anything so u can constantly modify it.drip em a q and said clipper mentioned the new lenses and reflectors.ive not had a try yet as he's at spannabis but he'll be posting em next week

Not actually a rep BTW my journals in my sig but to replace my 600w hood n shit I said I'd give a Welsh led company a go then I found Icemuds completely And concluded. Cobs are my best best so I first got the 4 to test my 3x3 slow growth at first but once I turned half the light off the plants exploded then I eventually put it on full wack and they are I'm my flowering tent waiting to when k flip all lights on like 850 actual watts in my 4x4
But this time I'm gonna lollypop I just wanted to test em first like Calmagdude, water absorption rates and so on site I'm lookin forward to this with finally getting another fan for intake with my 6 blasting it out..rams Ight tbh but I'd topull out a load off wire from the ducting so shed fit around and I've ducting tape holding with zip tips was a ball ache but now my rooms sorted

Yeah they literally changed the the gnw mn each cob give off a different spec so it's lime daylight here's a quote from their website

In our new design a cluster of 12 Osram Surface Mounted COB provide higher output than a traditional 50w COB whilst giving a Tri-Mix of colour temperatures to provide an output spectrum closer to the sunlight than a traditional COB.

The immediate benefits are:

  1. The spectral output is closer to sunlight by mixing colour temperatures within the array than using any larger single cobs.
  2. Greater efficiency in the same small footprint, more light out for the same power in. The total output exceeds that of normal 50w COB.
  3. COBS Mounted with the same solder pad technology as the Osram SSL80 family to a triple layer MCPCB, meaning a longer lifespan and faster build.
  4. Better thermal management due to the mounting technology it eliminates any possibility of thermal spikes.

Forgot. To mention one plug arrived damaged and a replacement was promptly politely posted with silicone freebies was totally understand but big response time to the team I just feel when they go the extra mile

@theslipperbandit sweet cheers. Its nice to see him moving with the times still. I do like him and his company. My 400w god smashes a 600hps all day. I'm a big led fan. Just built some quantums. Theyre top of the pile right now i believe. Techs changing every month it seems!

Right, the fucking 1200 god fell through too. The guy was worried about sending it in case it got damaged.

I have finally been in contact with Paul and completed our business.

I purchased 2 Budmaster Cobx-9 panels and also purchased 2 Budmaster cobx-6 panels.
