Just making sure none of my friends take any of your growing "advice". You're right though I shouldn't stoop to your level. I just cant help it because of how vile you are.

you do realize that cat litter is just clay and baking soda, and that cats bury their turds under the surface, right?

the main hazard is a few clay dust particles being kicked up. budworms present 100x the hazard. everytime you brush your teeth you put yourself into greater contact with feces.

i guess you've never harvested more cannabis than your house could even hold at one time.

stop being so bitter. you're a loser who lost. that was a year ago. stop crying and move one.

No matter how many you times you repeat that pathetic garbage it will never make sense to anyone that considers cannabis medicine. Im glad it makes you feel justified in giving (selling) that shit out to other people though, also I didn't realize I ran for anything to lose? Interesting.

Wow, obviously you guys have some history. Anyway, I would welcome you to Colorado, regardless of politics. One thing that we can all agree on is the freedom to grow our own weed. And yes, if your coming here to make an easy fortune, good luck. Unless you have a million dollars (Dr. Evil gesture), your probably pissing into the ocean.

I'm not saying don't come, I am saying that it won't be easy. And you may want to check into the laws, some permits and licenses are only issued to people have been in the state for sometime. I also fully expect prices to drop after an initial spike at the beginning of 2014 as the larger retail grows hit harvest.

Even now I can get $12.50 1/8ths (one strain per day, greenhouse grown, budget quality) or $17.50 for a huge choice of strains. Next step up, $100 Ounces can still be had of pretty good indoor, machine trimmed, pick and choose, some weak stuff in there, but some fire too. Next step up, $140-$160 Ounces of indoor, hand trimmed, organic, pretty consistent.

And we haven't opened retail yet.

If you really want to live here and grow outside the only area where you can do it legal is southern Colorado in Publo county. If you want to open something you need to be here 2 years to own a location as a resident. And you need 100K to do anything but 250K is a better start. For personal, you can have 3 in flower and 3 in veg. But you can keep it and store it at the place it is grown.
Retail resident can buy 1 ounce a day. Medical is 2 ounces a day unless you have an extended plant count on your medical card.
And like everyone else said it is cut throat to say the least. I know someone who's own mother stabbed her son in the back over a dispensary. So even family cannot be trusted. Just saying.

I would recommend that you do not listen to anyone here about anything legal. Talk to a lawyer.

I have never heard of that. Where can I read about it?

Technically amendment 64 allows one to grow outside and allows 6 plants (3 mature, 3 immature) per person residing there over 21.
It says "enclosed space" which legally defined can mean your backyard, with out a fence.

Again, check with a lawyer.

Also, only dispensary owners can open stores at first.

You can have 3 and 3 for each person over 21 that lives there. You can keep everything you harvest in your house legally.

Per store most likely. You can buy two ounces per day per store if you have a red card.

I doubt it will be per store, MMJ isn't per store, it's per day, and they do take your ID to track, remember?

I wouldn't count on growing outdoors, maybe in a greenhouse.

Bro, I'm sorry to be the doubting Thomas, but if you're saying the state is somehow going to track all transactions by consumer by quantity to be sure you only buy your limit per day.... well I don't see that happening. Admin of that system would be a stone cold bitch - can't happen IMO.

Ask a lawyer what the legal definition of "enclosed space" is.

Land bounded by a fence, wall, hedge, ditch or other physical evidence of boundary.
I could put a 1 foot tall fence around my house and that is more than enough to call it an enclosed space.

Have you tried to buy more than 2 ounces in one day in different stores?
