Tell her not to worry as most of the 43 thousand card holders here do too and have yet to loose thier kids over med mj. That is also covered in the law so you'll be perfectly fine if within the state limits. 43k and we thought just 22k in 2 years. Guess we had that one wrong . Just keep it low key and you'll be fine. Make sure all paperwork is handy incase ya need it and tell no one of your grow. You have more to worry on thieves then leo's at this point if legal. Well,, from what I'm seeing anyways

that's true, for sure.
there have been at least 4 robberies in the past several weeks at one of the clubs I go to on a regular basis.
People being followed home, and robbed in their own houses. things of that nature. Be wary.

I just talked to a friend who was robbed last week earlier today, and he told me that he found out there was something like 50 or over 50 robberies in the last few months along the same lines. I don't know if this was something factual that the police passed on to him or just a bunch of bs, but pretty pathetic.
The heartbreaking thing about what my friend told me about his robbery was that they shot his dog for absolutely no reason.
How absolutely heartless do you have to be to shoot a animal for no reason
My buddy told me they ended up being able to save the dog. Expensive, but the price of a true friend is truly beyond material possessions.

Irrelevant. Your constitutional rights follow you no matter whose house you are in. Also regardless of whose house it is, THEY also have constitutional rights. People I allow into my house are aware that they should NEVER let leo into my house. You are an absolute fool for allowing them in. Just because it worked out ok that time and neither you nor the home owner were hassled doesn't mean it was a good idea.

My mistake referring to you as a cop, it was the other poster. It is still irrelevant to the fact that you should not have let them in.

There are already threads concerning what you should do in that situation, and how to deal with police in general. You clearly have not read them and do not fully understand your rights. I will continue to post this information in threads where applicable. Just because YOU are an idiot and won't heed good advice doesn't mean others won't.

I'm a medical patient and have been smoking since long before. I don't know about the entire state, but the cops where I live have a great way of protecting the peace. When I was 17 I got busted with a gram and got a year probation and $800 in fines, after the plea bargin. Ever since I have been so paranoid it actually hurts a lot fo the time. I am legal now and grow. I have only 8 plants, but every single time I hear a door close outside or someone coming up to my houses door, I can't think of anything but "it's finally happening" because I can't help but feel 100% positive at some point they are going to raid my house. Even with everything legal and such, I'm still convinced that It is only a matter of them before they do it and at the very least they are going to ruin my day and maybe even my plants

I would love to not feel this way, but it's hard to believe the cops here wouldn't ruin your day, or just everything. What if they come in, and fishing for stuff, they decided to look into my internet usage and find out we have downloaded music? (

I got drunk and drove around and ran a red light. I got home safely without killing anyone or getting a ticket. Therefore drinking and driving is not only safe, it is a good idea. Nice logic.
