it's good to have goals. did you ask him/her wtf the molasses was for? I assume he's feeding the bacteria.

Yes, the explanation was that the microbes living in the soil eat the molasses...their excrement fertilizes the soil thus thickening the foliage. The stems seemed to be almost a half-inch thick

idk the wattage he is using, the only thing I know for sure is that 5000k and 6500k were used for veg, and 2700K & 5000k for the flowering stage.

stupid fucking spammer! be careful with molasses, it is very acidic.
Not sure where the spamming is coming from, but not from my end. In order to counteract the acidity of the molasses, Jman305, I understand that his mixture does not consist purely of molasses. Rain water is boiled, one tsp of molasses and egg shells are added to mixture. The egg shells bring the ph down to between 6.3 and 6.4. Try it for yourself and see.

tobbaco tea with dish soap can work for bugs but it didnt do much for me but I dont think i cooked it long enough. You could try neem or rosemary extract.

My friend had a similar problem with insects but said that he alleviated them by #1 keeping his grow area clean. This included alllowing no foreign material (even clothing worn outside) into the grow. Coupled with sterlized medium, no bugs were present ANYWHERE during the following molasses grows. I thought the idea was radical until I saw the results.,,I mean I've seen HPS and MH light grows with same-size plants of grows that utilized molasses and CFLs.

Nice grow.
When do you plan on flowering?
Flowering started the day I took those pics so, less than a week into flower. They range in 14"-24" Indica and Sativa. I'm visiting the grow in another two weeks and will take pics of the progress.
