Chemo Patient, Hydro vs. Soil

Hello, my woman friend here started chemo this week. She was OK for the first days after the first 5 hour drip, but they gave her a shot Thursday and she is in hell, and she only has me and I am burnt, man. I had to watch some Steven Segal on youtube to center myself. It's true, it worked.
So I am in a State where the government is following me around, calling with weird numbers, names of dead friends, waiting for me to explode as they record me saying nothing, and now they have my cell. Just because I am paranoid doesn't mean people aren't watching. Anything I grow I grow for me. But I am writing because I was told something yesterday by a person who is a professional in chemotherapy with a half assed knowledge of pot, which is illegal in this state. Would you jump through a fucking flaming tunnel to help your woman? You bet your ass you would. They told me medical marijuana is grown hydroponically because there is a fungus in dirt, and the chemo messes with the immune system and if she gets a fungal infection, she's fucked.
I never heard anything like that, but I know about mydcorrizi...(spell it) fungus in soil, the good fungi species. So I could not say to this person, "No way all med. maryjane is grown hydro..."

Possible answers: the vaporizer heats it to 400 degrees, pasteurization is between 160 and 180 degrees. Edibles like cannabis infused olive oil foods, the cannabis is boiled in oil....wouldn't that kill fungi? Plus, carrots and potatoes are grown in dirt: No one has told me not to feed her those.

And I'll finish with this: This woman is a straight arrow, and also never smoked. She has scripts for percs and vics. I tried to just get her to take one, she has been moaning in distress, if I hug her lightly, it hurts her, she is tiny also. She said the painkillers don't help, she wanted to smoke. She smoked 2 puffs of raspb. cough from a vaporizer and she, in total distress previously, nodded and said, "Yes"...she got up and walked a bit and said her bones didn't hurt.
I'm a got -dam man just trying to take care of my woman, and they can come in here and take me to fucking jail. If they do, I'll go and I'll tell the judge the truth. The truth always wins. If you are not stealing from someone, if you are not hurting another person, if you never had kids and have no kids around, there is no moral turpitude in a plant that is more helpful than oxy or hydro codone. And this whole thing began because I have advanced prostate cancer. Someone is actually getting paid to call anyone who buys a light, a seed, a bag of dirt at a hydroponic store (They have showrooms in this state with tents set up, everything needed for growing reefer and only reefer...the authorities probably run the store so they can see who is doing what and how much), have an obvious fake number, like 10 nines, 10 fives, your dead friend's name....and just sit on the other end and wait for the person who bought a few T5s to say something they can play to a grand jury..."Look how threatening this dude is." Then they go home at night and hug their kids. They harass cancer patients for a living.

So any replies on the fungus issue would be appreciated.

Ok I'm going with you aren't usually this paranoid it's simply a side effect of some good pot and awful circumstances. Chemo is a fairly heavy mallet, ie non discriminating so I'd pretty much expect her bowel flora to be wiped out.

Smartest thing you can do is worry about treating her symptomatically, ie providing pain relief, at home. If pot works then let them worry about fungal infections etc (and you don't need to tell them this is what they expect from the chemo alone). Make sure she eats some live lactobacillus in yogurt (better yet buy some live culture and MAKE yogurt at home) daily, while going through this and hug and kiss her a lot. I know sounds stupid. Forget how it sounds just love her and do it.

The harassing phone calls are a horse of another color. Frankly I'd call the phone company,
(1) report the harassment,
(2) change my number (for prank calling), and (if this step doesn't work),
(3) ask for a phone trap (the next time I have to deal with it).

No matter who it is that should stop the prank calls and I am sorry you are in your situation and having to deal with this as well. Life is anything but fair.

just go to walmart and pay cash for a Straight talk phone or don't answer the phone.

I like DWC, but I doubt that soil grow is a problem, she would probably be at higher risk eating a carrot that was not washed off good, I have never heard anything about that.

I go to the hydro store and buy off the internet and don't worry about it.

If you are just a regular guy, doing regular guy stuff and just grow a little on the side, I wouldn't think you would attract any undue atttention.
