Doubt they recommend this setup?, lots of wattage in a 4x4 with 2umol/j + systems, crushing ppfd. Maybe tight secondary lenses? Forcing 4 boards and grower is dimming....

Maybe he doesn't have his Washington card yet? Could be on reciprocity for the time being (assuming Washington observes reciprocity), which would mean he couldn't grow, I would imagine?

You are correct, I wanted the flexibility later on to expand the setup if necessary. Hence why I have to run them at around 72% strength. The 600w fixture would be recommended for a 4x4

The recommended setup for this space is the 600w fixture, I just wanted the flexibility of two 400w strips long term, plus I can utilize the extra PPFD with Co2
