Co2 infusion for indoor bubbleponics

The title captures most of it honestly. I plan on growing indoors in the very near future. Bubbleponics....3 different strains, with a seperate veg and flower room. I would really like to do some type of co2 infusion whether it be from a tank or a natural substance that produces co2. I've heard great things about it from the people who actually do it RIGHT. It seems the people who don't get much for results seem to take the cheapest route possible and don't pay much attention to their techniques. I'm on a slight budget but I have a good amount to invest. Keep in mind I'm a new grower so I'd love to hear any information you have and I don't mind hearing it twice.

A few questions
-What are some suggestions for co2 infusion?
-if I have GREAT airflow in the room should I lower the amount of circulating air flow?
-should I get the room as air tight as possible?
-what supplies do you guys have or had that you know to be tried and true
-how long would you say a 20lb bottle would last?
-and will it make a significant difference if I run ONLY in flower or should I run co2 infusion in veg as well as flower?

Feel free to ask more questions about my grow and or add any information I may have left out. Thanks in advance for the advice guys
