Awesome hope you like it. I thought when I bought my 400 VL because it was more wattage I figured it would out grow the Autocobs boy was I wrong
Compared to the Chibi, you are wasting money. 6 autocobs come in at $900 for 360watts, 6 chibi come in at $1074 for 600w.
That is a huge difference, unless the earlier info was wrong and the autocob isnt 65w. No info on the website

Those autocobs I just looked at were 150w

4 pack was 480.00usd

Not sure if that's the ones you are referring to

That is because they are calling it a 150hps replacement. No info on actual wattage

Ok gotcha

What's with led/cob sellers doing this?

Obv ploy but seems almost dishonest. Especially to someone like myself who cant dechipher the technical stuff like you guys.

I have a 2vl and its not burning plants. It works great in my 5 square footer.
I also just bought those cobs in a 4 x 1 fixture from hortibloom on sale for 180.00 delivered to the door. Now that is cheap. I got a pair to suplement my flower room.
The hortiblooms use the same citizen cobs running at 60 watts per cob in 3 or 4k.
Just reported what I read, I ended up buying one. Most likely it was user error, plenty of dumb fucks make an attempt growing. If ya can't read your plants health and make adjustments as needed those ppl deserve mediocre plants.

Yea, because they are deleting posts when you write that there are more efficienct COBs or strips on the market at the same wattage.
To me, that tells a lot about them.

AutoCobs ARE legit lights and the owner there is a good guy and responsive. They are an option, for me they would've worked in tent corners. Decided to buy Timber > Auto's due to the higher wattage per cob. No need to diss Cob Shop, that said I do not see them as superior.

Long as that light is spread well you can use a lotta light, more than 35 w/sq ft......45---50 even, if you have good air circulation and venting.

If leaves react to heat stress RAISE the lights.......
