I destroy you guys here on the daily basis, its actually pretty fun. Of course you would be butt-hurt about it.

what is fake about it? Can you show that 1900 people were not put in jail for marijuana under her guidelines? And yes, the DA sets prosecution standards/guidelines.

Even if she did change her position now, then its called a major flip-flop

You are basically just a spam advertising bot for hate propaganda websites that are trying to get the number of links to their site increased to try to build credibility. The few post you make are just bullshit talking points or random lies to try to get people riled up.

People that post the way you do are the ones out there just pumping out the garbage to make enough noise that easily manipulated people start to notice. Then you get other people above you that when able to identify vulnerable people that can be sucked into your particular hate groups rhetoric that will try to collect and radicalize them.

You are part of the problem, and are a shitty person because of this.

No I don’t think flip-flop is the right term. Perhaps more fitting would be “doing her job”. Yes the job entails prosecuting the cases that more than likely will result in a conviction. Her job was not to vet the cases she thought were morally wrong. Her job was to uphold the law as written.........anything else would have been neglect. Take your president, doesn’t uphold the responsibilities/laws of the president. Just does what ever he wants and is allowed to do it because of a herd of sycophants. Keep thinking doing the job with integrity is a bad thing and wonder why your country is where it’s at today, the laughing stock of the world.

Another troll thread.

Kamala Harris followed the law.

Under the law in many States, there are these things called 'mandatory sentences'. Those are sentences written into the law that you can not get around.

Yes, many people were locked up on her watch due to mandatory sentencing guidelines.

But the point you conveniently leave out is that she didn't like it and fought to change it.

And did.

Remember when Muller flip flopped.
All these damn laws that cause lawyers to stumble. An Oath, who would of thought.

That's what Gabbard gets for reading radical right wing rags and using the "information" therein for her attacks on democrats.

The issue is, California has had medical cannabis since 1996 or so. So putting people in jail for cannabis in 2011-2018 means that she was prosecuting medical patients.

I've seen how California law enforcement does it by personal experience. They try to force a plea bargain on you, then seek to throw out your medical recommendation/exemption any way possible if you do not accept the plea and push for maximum penalties.

"Notably the figures dropped dramatically during Harris' tenure from 817 marijuana-related admissions to 137 in her last." The last couple lines of text on your copy/paste.

It doesn't say, but it is clear from those numbers, that they dropped to about 250 in her second year and on. I would be willing to hazard a guess if we looked up when in 2011 Harris joined up that those 817 were front loaded for that year based on the remaining years she held that office.

He's desperate. He knows she's going to take his guns and toss Trump in prison.

You are beyond stupid.

You have to have a permit in most cases. People caught with pot with no permit were criminals. It's just that simple. No, medical people were not prosecuted or jailed, unless they broke the law which many do by growing without a permit, caught selling it, and other crimes.

But do continue to rail against the black lady that scares you so badly you can't sleep nights.

Free Beacon regrets the error

The Washington Free Beacon's finding that Sen. Kamala Harris (D., Calif.) had locked up at least 1,560 people for marijuana-related offenses while she was California's attorney general was off, according to California's Department of Corrections, which now says at least 1,974 were admitted to prison under Harris.

The February report came under renewed scrutiny after it was cited by Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D., Hawaii) in an attack on Harris during Wednesday night's Democratic primary debate. The Harris campaign responded by labeling the statistic a "lie," but a fact check by the San Francisco Chronicle found that even more people were put in prison for marijuana-related offenses than initially estimated.
LOL you’re citing the same people that funded the Steele dossier

You are one dumb piss drinking nazi bitch
