Cue the Censors; Twitter, Facebook, Google all censoring 'fake news' outlets.
Twitter is kicking RT off their site for allegedly meddling in the US election. No supporting evidence given, just political correctness run amok.
Facebook and Google are demonetising small political channels.
The Washington Post listed dozens of Internet blog sites and independent media outlets as 'fake news' sites, again without any evidence. This list has been accepted at face value by the above media.
While RT is targeted and was required to register as a foreign media source, the BBC was not. This is clear evidence of selective censorship. Even Al Jazeera was targeted as a 'fake news' source.
This is not just a little spat; this is a deeply troubling attack on every news channel that isn't part of the Big Six Major Media Establishment and therefore on independent news gathering which leads to the kind of investigative reporting that exposed official corruption and malfeasance.
Somehow, Faux Spews is not targeted as a fake news source, in spite of having been caught blatantly fabricating stories and having defended itself in court by asserting its status as merely an 'entertainment' outlet.
