Dinafem Sweet Deep Grapefruit harvest from single outdoor plant...

DSC02454.jpg

A quick snap of my SDG from dinafem. Indoor DWC H&G aqua flakes harvest will be very soon. The strain really does have a wonderful smell its like blueberry & grapefruit I love how the lower buds always fill in nicely on this strain. But I never get those oz buds off this strain but its still a keeper for me...I have to many of those; keepers. And many set aside, lol. I can never stick w/ a strain....kinda my downfall to production but it keeps me on my toes for sure. Your SDG looks good! Kudos!

great job man! I got some nice purpling at the end of my harvest ... but my pheno didn't smell too strong, until after a looong cure. Like a month. But it was great smoke... that looks like a terrific harvest and yield. rep.

dang i might have to go johnny apple seed on the herm seeds of my SDG(dont worry it was my fault had light leak on cloning chamber) Excellent work man. And to anyone looking for a low odor strain this is a great one. I didnt yield too well the first time, i was starting w/ dyna gro nutes, but its looking alot better now.

Sorry be being off topic OP, but I wouldn't listen to all the stuff about hermi seed being all bad. I had some that did just fine.

None hermied. IcexBurmese kush. The BK hermied and spit pollen everywhere. Gave the seeds to a buddy and didn't do anything with em for a year. When we did, I was very surprised with the results. Considering what everyone says about them.

I totally agree i have 20 of them going right now and i started 12/12fs. They look like they are about week 5-6 of a normal flowering plant and i see nothing to worry about yet. I said that i guess because everyone knocks them and i have so many. Of the 20 i popped i only really got 2 phenos of the group only one that doesnt have alot of stretching on the side branches. I have done alot better i feel like this time than the first time i grew them. Probably get 2oz each i am guessing
Sorry OP but it''s atleast related talk to the strain :)

If a female plant self pollinates the seeds will most likely be hermi. However, if a female plant (hermi) pollinates another female plant (not hermi) then you have a very good chance of having a feminized seed. Honestly imo I feel feminized seeds ALL carry the hermi trait and good growing conditions keep them from showing. Its very easy to get a feminized seed to hermi. Also I notice a bunch of different phenotypes in feminized seeds. Regular seeds on the other hand carry very stable traits and do not hermi very easily. This is why you notice some of the big name seed breeders dont even mess with feminized seeds because the want to keep their strains more stable.
