Diplomacy worked, just ask Jason Rezaian (former American hostage held by Iran.

We actually traded Iranian Detainees back in exchange for these prisoners. So this was a completely different negotiation. Obama probably would have let them stay prisoners even as we lifted the sanctions.
Yeah you right it was seperate from the nuclear talks but it was recipricating the results were due to diplomacy and not one bomb was dropped nor bloodshed on a battlefield, you see what grown ups can do.

I can't argue with that, and at the same time they are thinking about Trump!
No, no they weren't thinking about Trump.

And then we let 7 Iranians go some of them charged with terrorism in exchange for 4 American prisoners charged with Christianity... TRUMP!!!
What's your source? I heard that they were being charged or facing conviction over violating sanctions on Iran. And they weren't prisoned for being Christian.

According to the swap deal, the US has also freed 7 Iranian-Americans who were held for sanctions-related charges and demanded the Interpol to stop prosecution of 14 other Iranian nationals.

The 7 Iranian inmates freed by the US have been named as Nader Modanlou, Bahram Mechanic, Khosrow Afqahi, Arash Ghahreman, Touraj Faridi, Nima Golestaneh and Ali Sabounchi.

I guess many folks thought that the talk of open dialogue with hostile nations 8 years ago by Obama was just campaign rhetoric, well bringing 2 rouge countries back into the fold has been a feather in the cap to diplomacy.

Thank you Obama for normalizing relations with Cuba and now Iran, 50, 35 years of not speaking to each other is wayyy too long.

What has the GOP done for you lately? Trump runs shit now in that party they are afraid of him, they hate him but cant do shit...fine mess they have, the best you can do is Trump, Cruz, Rubio forget Jeb? What a joke.

Iranians are much more noble than our government. Saddam gassed 100,000 of them with the help of American satellite imagery. Iran's response was to ban their own military from retaliating, citing moral reasons. Meanwhile, we drop nukes on kids in Hiroshima. Don't buy the bullshit around Iran. They are villain because they refuse to be servile to America, like the Saudis, Egyptians, etc are. That's their great crime. They had the gall to overthrow an American-backed dictator in 1979, and have been considered the worst thing since Hitler ever since.

They advocate the dismantling of Israel, as America did with the Soviet Union. And it's not just them, but the entire region that supports such. Israel was a mistake; they've not a day of peace since they founded that artificial nation 70 years ago.

Why do they advocate it ? Remember, this whole area fell and was under the Third until guess who fucking liberated them ?

They want their land back because it shows the shame of that entire area. They look at Israel and feel shamed.

They advocate it because Israel was built on the ethnic cleansing of 500 Palestinian villages. Of course we know that if someone arrived from another continent and put a gun to your head and forced you out your home, you'd accept it; after all, you're not a hypocrite. But that region will never forget or accept that.

“If I were an Arab leader, I would never sign an agreement with Israel. It is normal; we have taken their country. It is true God promised it to us, but how could that interest them? Our God is not theirs. There has been Anti - Semitism, the Nazis, Hitler, Auschwitz, but was that their fault ? They see but one thing: we have come and we have stolen their country. Why would they accept that?”

-- David Ben Gurion, founder and first Prime Minister of Israel

And I don't know what you're referring to with "liberated". It was the Arabs/Muslims who liberated the land in the 7th century and allowed Jews to return to Jerusalem. Jews had been banned from that city for 500 years by the Romans/Byzantines.

No , they lost their Countries without ever lifting a fucking finger in opposition or brute force.

So you know, if another country came to my home and lifted the gun, and I would lift mine, stand my ground and to the victor go the spoils.

You can create all the hype you feel necessary, but it wont change the fact that in the case of Israel it was a small portion of a very large area that the victory chose for their, not those, spoils.

Shut the fuck up with the 7th century bullshit, they were captured and conquered in the fucking 40`s. When that happened, they had no say so. After 60 years of not respecting and teaching the history of how and why they lost to the Third, the ignorance shows in the form of ...."we want"...................

So it is ok in your opinion to destroy a country and it's peoples since it has happened before.

You're talking out your ass? There was a war in 1948, after the U.N. gave a minority of European immigrants the majority of land. And even before that, the Palestinians had uprisings against their British colonial oppressors (1936-1939 Arab revolt in Palestine).

He had every intention of keeping the oil rich land. But a third party stopped it. Why would the USA do that ?
