Do I have enough lights??? (PICS)

Pictures are below of my setup. This is my first grow and i am wondering if i have enough lumens? I have 7 t8's 15w and 12 cfl's 26w. All together i calculated somewhere around 25,000 lumens. Closet is 3x2. I found a 400w HPS/MH system i was going to buy for 150. its cheap so i thought i might as well change over and just use the cfl's for seedlings. temperature in my closet right now gets to 88. how much would the hps/mh raise the temperature? all opinions appreciated. help a newbie out!!!

as far a florecents go looks pretty good but 88degrees is way too warm unless your growing a equitorial strain, looks like your getting heat stress. a 400watt is going to put out some major heat in that space , you would need to do like a cool tube for your light.
