Now this Skipper don`t give two shits how many hit him, The HE, the Multiple and the AP Brah, wont go much past the De-Cap and he has 4x4x2 BGM 109`s to throw back. The PL-10 can`t go HOT.....the 109 can....

This one,...is how you stop the BrahMos PL-10.

As you all know, you can`t throw BrahMos at a target when you don`t know where it is. As a land attack,...it`s not a Bunker Buster nor is it designed for Armor. So don`t go Indian/Russian,....Go China.

brah2.png Then,...when on final, it slows down and on terminal, it rises and points at the target, fires a cannon round at ship. Iowa`s Skipper laughs....twice......

That`s BraMos/PL-10 put so most stoners can understand.

The land attack is the same but shoots different rounds.

I'd argue that WWII carpet bombing of Tokyo and later the slaughter at Hiroshima and Nagasaki did exactly that.
The GI's that fought all the way up the chain of islands leading to shores of Japan and the Navy grunts that took out the Japanese Imperial Navy might have had something to do with it.

The total defeat of Japan along with unheard of slaughter was imminent one way or the other. The military machine was not going to give up even in the face of the threat of nuclear annihilation. It took the authority of the emperor of Japan to force his military cabinet to accept the terms of surrender. A different person in charge might have kept it all going until everybody was dead. Hitler would have.

Japan was not brought to its knees by conventional bombing. No matter how severe, they rebuilt and continued on. The terrorist organizations are doing the same today.

The nuclear bomb became an overwhelming factor in our war with Japan and most certainly communicated to the emperor that his island's maniacal plans for defense of their homeland could not affect the resolve of the US, so I get your point.

They weren't surrenderers. They were throwing themselves and babies off of cliffs in midway rather than be killed or taken. We were throwing gasoline barrels down hides and lighting it because they wouldn't surrender or even come out of the holes in the pacific islands. The bombs sealed the deal. Besides, Tokyo was built of fucking wood- it's rare that a carpet bombing had that kind of effect, but burning rivers of napalm and burning civilian bodies in streets takes a mental toll on the population.

Just saying, but the damage from the air in ww2 can't be ignored, from both sides. Early on it was evident that the air battle was as much if not more important than sea and land.

You are thinking of a different Island because I have been by Midway Island and there aren't any cliffs, just white sand beaches and air strips.
