Every seed bank has a disclaimer saying that it is the customers responsibility and they are not responsible for lost or confiscated seeds. All seed banks say to order at your own risk. This is not the only place that says this.
I am with all of you about not ordering from the doc, but everyone has this disclaimer.

funny thing though , everybody else is getting thiers with no problems
you'll get a seizure notice everytime,been there done that,yea but the docs disclaimer is kind of obvious to me, that he leaves room for theft.

I know i just never read them.
I just skip that shit i already made my mind up i was placing an order.
It's common sense to have a disclaimer with contraband so i never read it .

I got friends who ask me where to buy the seeds at can't even say the doc cause they spending major cake.
It's kinda sad . Cause I could bring a nice chunk of business to him.
He could be looking at 2-3g's every couple months for seeds but he wants to fuck around.

Yea I like to be seen as a valuable customer, I have'nt had to email them yet but when the time comes and I do I know i can expect a reply

Ok for what it's worth my credit card company gave me back what I didn't receive from the Doc. I was honest and only had them charge back the 2nd order!

My thoughts about all of this is the first order made it in 10 days. The second order never made it and we are going on 25 days now. Doc can't prove he sent them and he can't prove they were confiscated (I have not received a letter). So I want my money back and I got it. If I had gotten a letter I would have said "Ahhh $HIT" and tried again but I get the feeling the second package was NEVER sent and I don't care if it's illegal to ship seeds to the states... that's my fucking money and I bought something and didn't receive it so either send them again or give me back my money!!!

Ok, I'm back on my medication...

The order total was 350 and I didn't get 170 of that order.

This is one reason I would RATHER pay with a credit card. I could give a flying flip who knows about it. They have to prove it first!!! And I'm sure it's just as illegal for them to ship as it is for me to receive!!! So if I don't get what I ordered either legal or illegal items I'm going to do what ever I can to rectify the problem.

AGAIN... If I had received a letter saying they were confiscated I would have just tried again and lived with the fact I was out BUT if you read the threads there are to many people that have ordered from the Doc and never received letters. Something just doesn't add up. Hey... if he did ship them and they got lost... offer some tracking! Attitude does and I got my 400+ order in one shot from them in 10 days too!
