First CFL grow purple jems in PC case

Planted a roadrunner on Jan 26th. I also got a 400w HPS but I was thinking to leave the young roadrunner under CFL's till it got older, than but it under 400. What do you think

Total weight on the dried bud is around 15grams on scale but I have another gram or more that I did not weigh. I don't have digital scale so maybe not accurate. I am new to harvesting,drying, and curing so was not quit sure about the main top part I guess it is the cola. I noticed it was really a bunch of little buds bunched together so I seperated them and got rid of the main stem which was pretty heavy. Was this the correct thing to do?
