So fuckin busy man that I sometimes dont water ever ynight they are neglected but still going very strong!! Also regarding the 3 clones I got they were off of the confirmed females I found (know by preflowers). And taking clones off of a plant 1 week into flowering is no problem! PICS SOON MY MAN, sorry

Ya man one rooted and is soaring up to the flouro, the others still need time I guess, but I did this with my not so great batch since it was my first time. Now that I know how, many more are going to be made tomm and the day after. Also, what do you think about just taking 1-3 clones of the fems I end up having (10 minimum) and NOT having dedicated mothers but rather just taking a some cuts from all? And do the same with the next cycle etc? This would save me the hassle of having to maintain mothers....gotta decide about this within the next week.

About the watering...they REALLY do not like missing a watering in between the 24 hrs, when they do because I can't be there they just droop down like crazy and it gives me a heart attack everytime bro cant handle that stress haha

PICS TOMM

I think U read my mind on that SoG cloning.. thats what I was planning to do. like u I was just gonna cut a few clones from the mother, flower her while i let the clones veg, then when the clones are big enough I cut clones from them and flower the original clone, and then keep it green like that. If you have the space and lights I say go for it.

what was your method for cloning? rooting hormone? rockwool cubes or jiffy cubes or bubbler? I know a few ppl who just stick the cutting into a glass of water and let it root, then they stick it in dirt or whatever

Ya that method sounds good, only thing is you'll need a veg area regardless so it may be just worth while to have dedicated mothers. If you do this method would you just let it veg with flouros then flower it? You could do this but you'll have to take many many clones because the yields will be pretty small.

When I cloned a few days ago this is what I did: I just cut it, made inserts at the bottom, dipped it in fresh tap water that would have chlorine in it, dipped it in root hormone, got a nail and poked a thin hole in the middle of the soil, stuck it into the moist soil and sprayed the shit out of it. It seems that it worked, especially for that one that rooted already its in great shape, the other one is doing alright too just still slanted not fully rooted yet. Im probably going to have to buy another 400 HPS light to create another veg area so I'll have a cycle once these are ready (mid-July at latest)

So today I carefully examined and now have 11 confirmed females total, several from each strain and finally some Skunk #1. I took clones off a couple of the confirmed ones, and today is the 2nd day in flower. Tomorrow I'm going to start feeding them the flowering nutes.

As for the clones, I'm trying my very best and have made 8 clones HOPING they root. I'm discouraged because I pulled the stem out of the soil for one of the clones I planted 2 days ago and there were no signs of any rooting, although I do understand that was only 2 days into it... Im going to be more patient with these and I think tomorrow Im going to make several clones but using rock wool cubes. I do know its bad to take clones off of flowering plants but I don't think it will be so bad if they are only 3-5 days into it, or am I wrong? Also, the rooting gel says to leave the stem in the product for 15 minutes, but I just dip it in as 15 minutes sounds to be too excessive for me. Anyways this grow is getting more complex everyday and I just hope it comes through without too many more future problems! Holla at your boyy

well...it really sounds weird to keep the stem 15 minutes in rooting gel.... i saw in Jorge Cervantes Ultimate Grow DVD, he just mix a little the stem in gel and that's it! put it in rockwool. i'm waiting for more pics with your Skunk #1 :D

cuttings 3-5 days into flowering? thats nothing, Ive seen peolpe clone as late as 4 weeks in flowering...

that light seems awfully bright on the clones, I thought u were supposed to have a dimmer light to encourage root growth instead of green growth.

2 days is definitely not enough time to show roots, as long as the clones arent droopy and are still green then they should still be healthy. good luck with them tho.

Hey, so I went out and got some vermiculite since I wasn't happy with the clones' conditions straight into soil and the difference is huge! They stay green and do not droop and Im definitely sticking to this method. Also Spittin I took your advice and raised the lights.

As for the plants, it might be me but I don't think they are growing as quick as they used to but about 7 weeks left!

Hey there Dopeman, sounds like we are neck to neck with our grows, but mine is on a much smaller scale. My clones are at nine days and started with rockwool cubes and I'm into my second day of 12/12.

lol honestly man if I had a better camera I'd go picture crazy I dont even wanna share what total pos im using it doesnt even have lcd view lmao. But anyways here are a few pics from a few days ago. As you can see my only indica is about 3.5 ft!

MAJOR update, all the clones have rooted except 2! I pulled them all out carefully and transplanted into soil, now they are all vegging under flouros till I make a permanent veg area for them.

Game, I'm using two 1000 Watt hps lights for flowering, they are supposedly the best and produce the most dense bud.
