Hey guys. I'm also a first time grower. 2000 lumens of florescent light. Rand bag seeds. 2 plants. Ones definitely a sativa. The other must be indica. I'm about 3 months into the sativas veg. Gonna flower in another 2 weeks. I can't post pictures cuz I'm doing this from my iPhone. But I'd love to show it if anyone wants me to email them a picture. I pretty much just wanna know how much you think she's gonna yeild. I know that's damned there impossible to tell for various reasons (strain, environment, stress levels, nutes, etc.) but I'd still like a general estimate please. I'm growing them in a closet. And theyre doing just fine so far :). If anyone can help me reply here. Or email me so I can email you a picture. Thanks grow heads :)

love what your doing , you are going to need a wipper snipper to trim all those,
or hire 10 illegal immigrants at $1 per hour for a week, hahaha
actually I have bred/raised a team of hamsters that ride little bikes that are connected to tiny little trimmers with spinning blades, I just keep beating them with chopsticks and they will trim all my pot for me. The illegal immagrants charge too much $

yo Pass that shit! (over here) hey dawg. You wanna trim that shit right when you chop it. when it's wet it's the easiest to trim, the more you let it dry the worse it's gonna be, trust me. Trim all the big fans off first, then work your way from top of buds to bottom, using ur stems as handles. You wanna get them trimmed up almost to perfection then hang them to dry in a ventilated, dry, dark area for a few days until they are most of the way dry. Then cut the buds off the longer stems, seperating into nuggets and toss them into a brown paper bag, and give them a shake once a day until they are to your personal perfection. Watch closely for mold! if they start smellin/lookin funny, get them outta the bag and seprate them into a very dry warm area, maybe a space heater nearby till they seem ok. I do this with outdoor. Some swear by the jar curing method to finalize the deal but I have never done this. I'm going to do the jar thing on my first indoor crop though. Hope I helped ya out. Thanks for the compliment man.

I will better that deal. You can have 15 hamsters since those little oompa's trim like hell-fire. I will even include the handmade bicycles they enjoy peddling their little brains out on... Let's make this a fair trade okay...

UPDATE DAY 19 FLOWERING:

hey all I just finished feeding the garden. Getting harder each time due to the growth spurt, It seems like 90 percent of the stretch increase is happening in week 3 and it's like 6 inches in around 5 days. I'm tired as heck right now and still wiping the sweat off my face and head from crawling around getting tickled by leaves HEE HEE :) anyways I like how my custom GH flora guide ups the micro, still giving the plant reasonable N, it goes up each week. It was created by the local hydro shop, tried, tested and true. I bubble the tap water (all I have) for 24-48 hours before adding nutrients starting with flora-micro, seperately, stirring each time, finishing with liquid karma. Then superthrive, then test the PH (6.0) stir it again and feed, each plant got 2 litres tonight.

some of my plants have been lst'd a bit, some have been topped second to last week veg, I just wanted to see the difference between these techniques for future reference with the OG kush sofar it looks to be the topped ones that look the best, the untopped, un lst'd ones just look stretched and too lanky for my taste. I am wondering if anyone can predict if these tall stalks that are flowering in little clumps will fill into solid colas?

here is a plant that has been topped once

and here is a few that have never been touched, huge difference eh?

here is some pics of the bud developement, I don't know what to expect for almost 3 weeks in so... I hope theyre doin theyre thing right

here is a shot of the room, filling in by the day! gonna be tight as a bitch as it goes further into budding

well the flushing I did for a week straight seemed to help the lower leaves stay greener this week, I was really locked up in those pots, really needed it. Tallest plant is just under 3 feet so I think I will be okay for stretching, I was expecting ALOT worse. Like I said they didnt stretch much until the end of week 2 and into week 3, they shot up like crazy. I'm thinkin they will start to just fill out in flower soon. I think I may get some molasses soon, recommended usage? can i use with my food and not burn them? Ok well I will be updating in a few more days, stay tuned

JUMPIN JEEZUS Dan-O!! those things have swollen even more since last time. Woo Weeeee. Your going to let them go for another 2 weeks?? I admire your patience :bows: good sir. I don't think I can wait for 10-11 weeks of flowering :( it's going to get too hot and...trust me, I have reasons that I can't wait that long for. I have my fingers crossed that by the end of week 9 they are ready enough for me to cut them down. If not? then they have to be cut down anyway :( I hear C02 speeds them up alot?

Hey Dan? one more thing... you saw mine at day 19, how did yours look at day 19? I always think mine look very skimpy, although they are filling in by the day, they just look stretched with very small flowers.

Tell me about your time from the beginning of week 4 ( i'm on day 22 starting soon) to around the week 6 mark, I am curious on your development of flowers as you have HONKING big buds bro. Pics of this bud growth would be incredibly appreciated.

If you can go from around day 21-day to around the 42 day mark that would be great man. If and when you have time to do this for me, cheers friend :D

I have heard alot about these canna nutes, I myself use GH flora 3part with koolbloom, diamond nectar liquid karma and grozyme. Alot of your question can be anwered by genetics. Some strains of cannabis can handle heavy loads of nutes, whereas some will burn from not even full strength. I always say, keep the strain alive for your next grow because you will know what the plant can handle as far as nute strength. I have had some issues with my OG kush for example, now I know for next grow I need to go 1/4 strength for 2-3 weeks veg than 1/2 strength for final veg week, than go full strength for first 3 weeks flowering, with no other additives. and that's as far as I've gotten. I would watch your plants very closely after feedings and if they start to burn then flush and lower your nute strength, or take out some of your bloom boosters. I myself only dare to feed this strain the kool bloom for the last 3 weeks of growth, otherwise just using regular flowering food and molasses on straight watering days. Hope that helped ya a bit, like I said, your strain has quite a bit to do with how much your plants can handle
