So i have a flood light that has a 65w fluorescent bulb in it, it produces 4100 lumen at 6500k. The light has a glass lens that says "UV Filter" does it matter if i leave it on, or should i take it off?

yup do what you think is best but if the lense does filter uv light that will decrease the lights growing potential!!

it is what gives more resin to the buds. a uvb reptile light is what a lotta people use. use it in flower.

the plants produce resin like a sunscreen. :) awesome stuff.
