FUCK THA POLICE (and HOA's)

You need to talk a lawyer. They are harassing you if the fucking cops are involved in this. They probably have other shit to do than chalk tires around neighborhoods.

I'd park it in the driveway, don't think the cops can do much then, and fuck them bitching they do that. Also review your agreements and see what they can and can't do.

fuck HOAs is right. buncha agents of the devil, the epitome of self-righteous douchebaggery. the stuff they try to control is a scream. how anyone could live in such a place is beyond me. i'll plant what i want, where i want, i'll paint my house whatever the fuck color i want, i'll park my car where i want, and if it rusts, don't look at it.

I have seen the pigs with a stick made to hold the chalk so the lazy asses do not have to bend over to mark the tires. I would get some chalk of my own and write get off my ass on my own tires and watch for their reaction. I like the idea of getting even with the HOA....

The possibilities are endless, lol....

if you repeatedly get marked and your car is obviously moving then it is harassment, you can file with your local PD for continually harassing you after there is no crime being
committed, talk to a lawyer, you will ahve this nipped in the bud soon
