fuse for the drivers?

do you guys put fuses on your HLG-185w-1400mA drivers? if so what size fuse?

also, what is the coverage area for 12 cxb 3590 ran at this current?

12 square feet would yield maybe 750-900 PPFD a square foot per 36v cob driven at 1.4A = 50W PSF 3x4 area perhaps most are not fused but are grounded. you can use an auto fuse of say 1.5A which is just above your threshold of 1.4A

do you mean on the AC side? i dont really see a need for a fuse on the DC side as the meanwells have excellent overcurrent protection thats far far below the limit of your cobs
