GDP vs BC BUD PURPS.1600 watts.

starting new thread in a week till this crop finishes.i have 2 6-pacs bc bud depot purps fems and 2-pacs gdp 12 seeds ea pac. doin all .pots are 3 gallon airation.3-way ro system,fox farm nute line ,happy frog 9 bags ,bud candy advance nutes,1000 watt and a 600,hortilux bulbs both lights ,one inline fan cools both lights,ac,fans air exchange ,7x7 ft space,about it.78-80 temp set......may start them sooner under tubes diff room.heres the beans ,now which is gonna purple out best?yield?potency?All is welcome.heres wat i'm smokin on now.finishing up a Outlaw genetic grow.lots color.

Not to mention you can't go wrong with GDP!

thanx guys,ya i really like gdp but nevr grew bc bud depot purps but i never seen a non purple bc bud purp which is Mendo Purps .

Which will purple out the best? BC Bud Depot 'The Purps'
Yield? Toss up, I guess if not the same.

I couldnt find interview i saw with ken talking about purp. But this is another one http://m.youtube.com/index?&desktop_uri=/#/watch?v=FeRPfn0oh34 you can turn any bud purp by droppin temps at night. Purp aint always best, but bc depot may turn more purp of color you want

im along for the ride on this one raider... i have heard that the bcbd purps has alot of hermie issues so make sure to keep a close eye on those ones... always wanted to give them a run tho but never seemed to be in stock at the tude when order time came around... i have ONE gdp lol got it on last order so my fringers are crossed on that... hope everything goes according to plan and you find that keeper purple indica everyone wants in there stable..

thanx guys,good to have some experience hands on board.i'll keep them picked if they show up,i'll keep a good eye,cuz had a few hermies las grow but not bad ....funny wen i went to attitude they were out and got these at sea of seeds.good freebies..heres my most violet plant pic took las week,these still goin.magic merlin beans jus picked and dryin.

have to go to hydro store replace sedament and carbon filters on my ro system.new ducting bad .happy frog and some more bud candy.thinkin about adding advance big bud with my current mid nute.heres my las gdp few months ago .

that looks like the gdp ive seen from clone pretty bitch she is awesome job.... seems like in my experience with gdp when a little more green comes thru it has a bit more of the funk skunk to go along with the incredible fruitness... how did she end up smelling and smoking?? i think u will get that straight mendo grape kool aid purple as grimis dick pheno runnin as many of those bcbd purps as u are tho... i been tryin to get a legit mendo purp cut for a while jus cant ever seem to stumble across one... was thinking bout tryin connisuer genetics granddaddy purp s1's but ima hold off on my mendo hunt till i see how this run turns out for u.. lol ur runnin the experiment run i been wanting to do so ima run these purple og 18's after this larry og x violater kush project of mine is done here real soon... i hope the grape mj gods bless u on this one...

A youtube search of "Origins of Granddaddy Purple" will yeild an interview done by a guy named klubkush with Ken where he talks about how he obtained the cut and some more info about the covented GDP... Story seems a bit shakey at best IMO but its coming straight out the dragons mouth... at least worth a watch to brush up on what "Ken calls" the history of GDP... Hope this is what you was looking for or at least helps...

From my experience with what ive seen GDP from clone and what u got from the beans id say ken and his crew did a damn good job... would of really got a better look at those clone girls in that vid if we didnt have to see em in HPS lighting but that loks like a good interp of clone gdp to me... i love how that plants trics stand so tall... gives it a more glossyness then other equally frosty plants... how did those GDP from seed end up tastin??

And someone should tell that guy he would get like 30 percent more light transmition with an air cooled hood... hell of a grow though i must say... hopefully he will upgrade his hood situation with his bounty of purple gold lol...

its very much like querkle in taste and long sweet thc after taste.thot it was the strongest of all the strains i ran...yea those are cool tube lights,thier air cooled.

yeah i grew the querkle and all my phenos where very space queen dom wasnt my cup of tea but was some potent medicine... and i did say air cooled hood but i meant one that had a larger reflector on it... those cool tubes lose alot of vertical lighting..

true ,not good to go the cheap way out on equipment.heres the ones be used a wide 1000watt yield master 2 and a 600 watt both hortilux bulbs for extra lumens.

almost finished in here ,last burst of flowers are ripening.havent payed no attention to them las few days outside watering,big plants in these fabric pots.will pull a few tomorrow outlaws ecpd.multi strain outlaw grow wats finishing and purple og and lemon og which is done in the freezer bagged.

thats bout the same setup up i was runnin with the 1000 and 600 but had to let the 600 go to my sister house just got her legal and setup with a small first run... but am stoked to see some of ur finished shots radier.. that purp og those are the reserva privadas purp og 18`s u had goin on another thread?? clone off of em of start different ones?? n e how am stocked to see the end product and if u havent had a smoke report on those that would be greatly appreciated and if ya do direct me to where i could find that.. thanks
