I have a Q about the Water Farm Kit. Since PROP 64 passed allowing us to legally grow 6 plants, I am trying the new law out. I have done grows before and detectives came by to search the place, anyways, hope that is all over. I just got out of AA/NA, after being clean and sober for a year. This last December 7th is when I finally graduated that program. I ended up buying a grow tent, and the water farm resevoir-controller kit, but I skipped the 8 to stay legal, and bought 6 individual units instead. I bought 6 various clones from like $14 each, the delivery charge was part of that too. My first few grows were ok, compared to this one. I bought a fan and filter, and a 300 watt LED Grow Pro light, and hydroton, fox farm grow big, cha ching, and fox farm tiger bloom. I wanted to experiment with these plants, and try using a concentrated dosage of fox farm grow big nutes straight onto the grow plug from my syringe, and they burned right away, so if you read this, please note that if your brain is thinking this might be like steroids for the plants, its definately not. Anyways back to my original Q, I have this kit, wondering if the second air pump is able to push through 10+ feet of 1/2 inch vinyl tubing (it might be 3/4), that connect from the controller, to the 6 growing units...that way the roots have oxygen when they hit the personal module resevoir. I was also wondering if I should run the drip ring air pump (other air pump) 24/7 like the other pump? Or does that one go on a normal feeding schedule, say 3 times a day, breakfast lunch and dinner at 10 minutes per meal?

6 clones, vegging for 2 weeks at 16 hours on with the 300 LED. I was hoping the roots go down to the bottom of the resevoir on the individual module, supported by oxygen fed to the water to allow the roots to breath in the water (kinda like scuba gear for plants)

Congrats on graduating. First of all how close is that light to the plants? You want it about 18-24 inch away. Notice how the light is concentrated on the center two plants, you have two plants not getting much if any of that light. I suggest raising it to cover more area.

If that's the only light you plan on using you're probably gonna need to raise it or reconfigure your buckets side by side 2 rows of 3.
