General Organics Nutes

i would be interested to know a rough timeline for how long it might take an active microbial colony in soil to fully digest the general organics products. its hard to say, and im not sure how i would be able to figure out after how long the food source would be 'depleted'.

perhaps i should be feeding every 3 days, not every 6 or 7? think of it like a campfire. why wait until the fire has burned down to just glowing embers, throw another log on when the roaring fire is juuuuust starting to subside to keep it going at full strength. anyone have any insight to this, or ideas on how to determine optimal feeding frequency?

cheers

I would feed more often with the GO line.

well One thing i didnt like about the GO line is that it makes the water murky and dark. I like the HG cause its real clean. another reason is I use less of the HG to get the same results. they both are great lines. I just noticed i was running thru the GO real quick. If I ever run another line up besides HG i will go back to GO. I have ran advanced, age old, and fox farm. I like the GO over all of them. the advanced is gud if you run the whole line up. but it cost to much and it doesnt yield more so whats the use.

Updated picture of my outdoor OG Kush using General Organics GO Box, in mid-late flower.

I have been feeding about twice a week using the 'Heavy Feeding' dosage on the bottles.

hey cory, i used Fox Farms Ocean Forest for the soil in that grow, mixed with some General Organics Ancient Forest (forest humus compost) and some coco chips. As a start, stick with the schedule, and keep the soil moist but not overly saturated. stick with the schedule on the GO Box, but don't be afraid to double it at appropriate times of the growth cycle. if you want to speed up the metabolism of the organic ingredients (and make them more available for your plants), check out Heisenberg's tea recipe on here. It works wonders. Explosive root growth, plant growth, nutrient uptake, and water uptake. You can just use the GO Ancient Forest to brew your tea even.

hope this helps. cheers,
