Trolling all progressives, there is a generosity spill in aisle 3.

A Chick-fil-A owner recently had to shut down his Austin, Texas, restaurant for five months for renovations. Instead of temporarily laying off his 50 workers, Jeff Glover shocked his staff by continuing to pay them during the entire five months the restaurant would be closed, ABC affiliate KVUE reports
What Dude? What's your point? You'd prefer that he not? Is putting employees well being ahead of maximizing profit only something a progressive would do? Should we all be shocked that an otherwise unenlightened organization would take care of its employees? I think its great that they did this. More companies would benefit from taking their example. Chick-fil still sucks but I can't even boycott them because they don't operate in my area. Nonetheless bravo to them for this.

The Army is cutting staff and is the largest contributor to the layoff picture in July. What does a conservative say about that?

I just like it that Chik Filet is hated by lefties and here they are, a shining example of generosity and great business sense! They pay their employees well too.

Are you a cook at chik-filet? Why are you promoting an isolated incident, like it is the norm?
Probably because its a very uncommon gesture regardless of the co. and its history. Why are you promoting yourself in so many threads when you have so little to offer?
Swedes do ok, but they are only at the top of one list that I have found and that is where the comparison is done to GDP. In actual total $s , Nobody comes close to the USA. Also if you were to isolate private giving in Sweden, you will still find that the religious give more there too.

Math says individual Swedes are the most generous.
Again, sure when the math uses GDP in the comparison ...which actually is kind of a ridiculous way to calculate it if one is trying to compare individuals or groups.

Goddam you're right! When you look at per capita, Luxembourg wins. Once again the USA is way down on the list

Why did you quote me, then start your dribble on Sweden? Where the hell did I mention Sweden?
Do I got you all flustered? lol
