Rollitup, I want your input! I'll end up growing the winning entry, or in the event of problems the runner up.
I've been selected as one of the testers for the Geyapex COB lights, specifically the LM-P4 model. This will be going into a Des Jardin 2x2x5 tent, making for 55w of COB per sq/ft. Not sure on the spectrum on these things yet, but they use CLU048-1212's so it's a known decently performing emitter and will definitely max out the photon flux density in that space - i'll likely end up running it at 30-50% in veg.
The grow will take place in virgin Canna Coco using my own salt based hydro nutrients supplemented with parts of the GH and Botanicare lines (Ca/Mg and Si), plus Humic Acid and Molasses for the ion exchange boost.
Autos are my personal preference for this size space, but you fine folks are the boss. The test/grow will begin once the light is received and the space set up. I'll be documenting the full grow right here with twice-weekly updates.
If suggesting any alternative strains, please be aware that as a Medical grower I may not have access to grow that particular strain, or if it is not suitable for my condition.
