the same arguments wil lbe used in court only to see our feds fight tooth and nail for some wee bit of control only to lose out JUTS LIKE THEY DID WITH MMAR

and IT WLL HAPPEN its just going to take COURT TIME and OUR MONEY to do so.

I dont think hes for it so much as he is against the absurd penalties they chose. Youd get upwards of 14 years for selling to a minor PLUS an additional charge for endagering a minor. So youd get a stiffer penalty for selling to a kid then if you were to sexually assault them. Priorities seem a little askew there. Text book case of punishment not fitting the crime

Have you read the bill?

Read the bill, you guys need to educate yourselves 1st. It's in black and white what the penelties are. Under 5g possession is a slap on the wrist and a fine.

Your cool with your kids smoking pot in school? What about dealing?
I'm not cool with that. kids don't need to get high, it's not in their best interest.
